When I stepped into the apartment, I immediately realized that Mister Scobee had been lying about his capacities. The paint was not dry, actually already chipping in some areas, traces of paint brush everywhere: The floor was a disaster. When i called him letting him know about the disaster he replied he would come the next morning. He never showed up. Therefore, I hired a specialist to come estimate. In addition to the 1200 dollars mister scobee never gave back to me, I spent about 1000 dollars extra to repair his mistakes. He refuses to answer the phone and also and especially to refund any of my 1200 dollars. Mister Scobee has a past history of small claims but has managed throughout the years to fool and steal from individuals such as myself.
