I called David Bachtel to give me an estimate on a number of repairs that I needed to have done on a rental property, which included some plumbing, window replacement, and some roofing repair. David came out later the same day, reviewed each of the areas, and provided a good quote. I have hired David's company in the past, and their work is A+. I was ready to sign on, but I ended up being able to fix the plumbing and window myself. I need to call David back out, to see about getting the roofing done. So while I didn't use David's services this time around, his quote was very affordable, and I know from past experience that his work is dependable and you can rely on what he advises.

The work went well. David and his assistant are skilled at their work, both with general carpentry and the installs of the doors/windows. You can tell that they are very experienced at door/window installs. The installs were not simple unscrew old and install new. There was quite a bit to the work, and there were some surprises along the way, especially for the bay windows. Dave and his assistant were not phased ; managed the work very well, and paid attention to detail. I wish I could use them for everything. Finding people this devoted to the work is difficult sometimes.

David had to go in and undo a improper install performed by another company and he re-installed the French doors. David knows exactly what he's doing and performs the job properly. He is very thorough and goes the extra mile. He is a rotted wood restoration specialist. He also does paint, trim doors, tiles & carpentry. He is also licensed and insured. I highly recommend David.
