Downloaded and realized 5 minutes later that the list was not "opt in" and asked immediately for a refund with written notice that I would not use the list. The company did not respond. I disputed the charge through the credit card company. They disputed back claiming that once it's downloaded they would not consider refund, showing very POOR customer service. I disagreed and asked for arbitration, at which time Lance called arguing with me and threatened to sue me in a Florida court, making me fly to Florida to defend myself. He asked if it was worth it for $400. I agreed to waive the claim and arbitration because I cannot afford the time or frustration. However, I believe the public should be aware of their policies for refund and their tactics when faced with a possible arbitration.
