They are a professional bait and switch, We hired them to install wood flooring, tile bathroom, and carpet. They quoted us a price that was higher then others but we decided to use them as they have good reviews, we are also on a tight timeline and they were ready to start when we needed it. They did the wood floors then pushed us back a week for the tile, before finally saying that they won’t do it because they miss priced it. At that point we were desperate so we offered 25% more then the agreed price, he said "That will do but let my other guy finish another job in the next 2 day" okay, then came back and said I need 50% more and we can start the next day. Again we are on a tight schedule... We said okay. He brings a team that does most of the work tells us we need to pay them and then for the last part he will complete himself so we paid what they asked which is about 80 percent of the price for like 70 percent of the work, and the he ghosts us, doesn't pickup the phone, doesn't respond its been more then a week. In his own words "..I'm very sorry about all this. Trust me we are very reliable..." He gave us his word and wrote to us that we can rely on him and that he would complete this job and that he is an honest person. and then breaks his quoted price 3 times and takes payment and doesn't complete the job. They missed the first appointment for the quote but corrected their mistake by a well done job. I was happy with the outcomes.

The install went perfect! The guys from D&E Spectacular Flooring did an outstanding job! From the hardwood to the base boards, everything looks Spectacular!!!

Doug did all of this AND leveled the floor which had serious problems while I was out of town. Did excellent work and we are very pleased.

Amazing customer service! Business oriented and dedicated to quality! Did work fast and efficiently, picked up materials and did work with no wasted time. Great pricing with no hidden costs. Douglas and his crew met and exceeded all of our expectations, will definitely recommend!

They went above and beyond in helping me with my floors. I had contractor previously install my old floors and they install them horribly wrong. D & E came right away and knew what to do. They fixed everything right away! For how much they helped me I would recommend them for everyone.

Douglass was professional, completed work in half the time expected and 3 times as fast as other offers. I have even referred him to others in my neighborhood who have hired him and also loved his work. There will be a new project I will begin soon, and there is nobody else on my list to hire.
