Electrical Service
All appointments were made well in advance and kept on time. The project was well planned and staged and we were not kept ''in process'' any longer than the time for the actual work to be done. All workers were polite, industrious, innovative and well supervised. The job site was cleaned up better than it was found following each segment of work. The generator was blended into the decor of the home and the community. Communication with company management was frequent and timely. I purchased a much larger system (25kw) than they recommended in order to ensure against power outages. The project cost reflects that this was not a portable, low reliability generator but a whole house, turn key back-up power system. It seemed that there was nothing the company wouldn't do to ensure that I was happy.
