Custom Inspections

We are about to go through our 11 month inspection with our builder and decided that we would get a home inspector as we had never been up in the attic or on the roof since purchasing our new home. Being first time home owners, we really wanted some peace of mind regarding the most expensive purchase we had ever made!! We also figured it was the last time we would be able to get our builder to do any repairs before our warranty expired. We hired Custom Inspections and were very satisfied with their work. They were reasonably priced, extremely professional and very thorough. They took the time to talk with us and explain the various things they found in a friendly easy to understand manner.  We received the report within 3 business days of the inspection. The report was detailed and very easy to read and included pictures with arrows showing the repair areas needed. We will now go into our 11 month warranty inspection  very confident. Our thanks to a fellow resident for originally posting Custom Inspections information. To be honest, had I not seen that original post, it would not have crossed my mind to bring someone in and if and when we we're to sell the house, I would have had to pay to fix the duct work and insulation that our builder will now repair!  We highly recommend these guys to everyone and if ever needed again, they will be the only ones we call!!!

In a nutshell, I have a rental property and wanted to get insight into potential issues. After I called they quickly scheduled an appointment to inspect the house. They were on time and very professional. I received a comprehensive report in a timely manner. The report included photos; so I was able to understand exactly where my potential issues were rather than having to guess. They also answered all the questions I had. Overall these guys were great and I was very satisfied and would highly recommend them for a home inspection.
