Gutter Repair and Replacement
The quality of the actual product was good. My rating is based on the interaction with the owner. He was pleasant up to the moment his business practices were questioned. Before I could consider another company, the work was completed without a signed contract or agreement. The workers just showed up without even calling ahead. When I contacted the owner, he was abrasive and did not follow through on a request to fix damage done to an exterior wall. He made no concessions for the errors. I paid him the full price quoted which was higher than one from a different company.

One technician came out for the estimate. They were friendly, responsive and professional. I thought the estimate was comparable to others. I have not gone through with the project yet but I had no problem scheduling the estimate.
