"THIS PROJECT INCLUDED "STAIN SEALING" A PREVIOUSLY STAIN-SEALED KOOL-DECK SURFACE. A "THICK" STAIN-SEAL WAS REQUIRED, IN ORDER TO FILL IN EXISTING CRACKS, BUT MADE FILLING-IN SMALL "PIN-HOLES" IN THE TEXTURE MORE DIFFICULT. 1) WERE THE CUSTOMER'S CONCERNS RE: "PIN-HOLES" CORRECT? YES. 2) DID WE TRY TO ADDRESS HIS CONCERNS IMMEDIATELY? YES. DEALING W/ A SETTING SUN, THE SHIFTING LIGHT BROUGHT OUT OTHER "PIN-HOLES" THAT BOTH THE CUSTOMER & I, TOGETHER, MISSED TWICE BEFORE. 3) DID I LEAVE IN A "HUFF", "OVERWHELMED"? NO. "I 1ST MET MEMBER ON 2/10. HE HAD JUST RE-LOCATED 3 MOS. PRIOR. SINCE HE WAS NEW TO THE AREA & WAS HAVING A LOT OF WORK DONE ON HIS HOME, I SUGGESTED THATHE JOIN ANGIE'S LIST, & PROVIDED HIM W/ AN APPLICATION. HE WAS IN A HURRY, SO I HAD TO EXPLAIN OUR 6-STEP CLEANING PROCESS (STANDING UP) @ HIS DESK. HIS LANAI CAGE HADN'T BEEN CLEANED IN YRS. AS ALWAYS, I EXPLAINED THAT UNLESS HE COULD SUSPEND "GRAVITY", THE DIRT ON THE CAGE & SCREEN ABOVE THE POOL, WOULD FALL INTO THE POOL, & HIS POOL SWEEP WOULD PICK IT UP. WE WOULD PROCEED TO CLEAN THE DECK. (I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS HIS 1ST FL. POOL.) HE WAS IN A HURRY TO MEET W/OTHER CONTRACTORS FOR OTHER PROJECTS ON HIS HOME, SO IT IS POSSIBLE THAT HE WAS NOT PROCESSING ALL OF THE INFORMATION THAT I WAS GIVING HIM. PERHAPS HIS POOL SWEEP WASN'T WORKING, HENCE THE REFERENCE TO THE ABOVE ALLUDED TO CONTRACTOR. 2/11 PERFORMED CLEANING 2/13 CUSTOMER WROTE CK.
