My dog was taken care of and boarded there.He absolutely loved it. So, now we have a rescue kitten that they're helping to take care of. They're very friendly and professional. That's why we like them.

It went fantastic! The staff helps keep him distracted with treats while he got his shots and he didn't whimper at all? my puppy loves them all so much...they even texted the next day to see how he was doing.

This practice is awesome!! While it is a tad more expensive than we were accustomed to in Maryland they are well worth the price. Wonderfully caring staff. Comfortable setting. So responsive to my pet and her needs and so considerate of my needs as an owner. I am very happy to have found Cross Creek, Dr Hodge and all of the staff!!!

Dr Brown was very knowledgeable and gave me quality time to answer my questions and care for my pet. After the tests, she prescribed medication and explained what to expect the next week or two. She was right-on. My pet recovered and I replaced his current diet as well. The clinic also made sure to follow-up with my pet as well. He is doing very well. Thank you Dr Brown!

I took my male feline (Ditto) in because he was experiencing a bout of jaundice with unknown cause. Dr. Hodge performed a comprehensive exam and recommended some lab work be done to determine his billirubin count. He had an exceptionally high count. Ditto, had been to another vet in the area. She was however from the and quot;old schooland quot; of veterinary medicine and recommended he be euthanized. I was not happy and sought another vet for a second opinion. That is how I found Dr. Timothy Hodge at Cross Creek Animal Medical Centre. I took Ditto to see him. After his initial exam he recommended that Ditto have an ultrasound as he wanted to make sure that Ditto did not have a tumor or blockage of any kind. The results came back negative. He has also checked for parasites....neg. His billirubin count has come down to within the normal range but cause still unknown. He has Ditto on some Chinese Herbals for animals and he is responding well. He also has him on probiotics to help with the antibiotics in the Happy Liver pills (the Chinese Herbals).

Dr. Hodge has been very professional, caring, gentle with Ditto, he is very knowledgeable and if he doesn't know he isn't afaid to seek out others for assistance. He has a great bedside manner for his pet parents too! His staff is very warm friendly and caring. So far my experience at Dr. Hodge's Vet Clinic has been a very positive one. I would feel comfortable recommending him to anyone.His pricing seems fair. Has pet insurance available if needed . Has return pricing policies for retests. The atmosphere of the clinic is very inviting both for the animals and pet parents. His receptionist is always friendly and consistent with her customer service. They even burn candles (soy based) to keep the odors from causing the animals to smell the smells associated with vet clinics. His vet techs Krista and Paula have both been very professional and show their love for the animals. Paula even stayed a little longer so that I could pick up Ditto's Happy Liver Pills. Wow what service I have been receiving for being a brand new pet parent to use the vet clinic for my cat Ditto. I hope that Angie's List would consider adding Dr. Hodges Cross Creek Animal Medical Centre to Angie's list. I think that Dr. Hodge and his staff exemplify the business protocol that Angie's List requires to be on their network of providers and services.

It always goes great, whether I've boarded Bella, she's in for a well visit, or has been ill. She gets the best care from a compassionate and genuinely caring staff, and she just loves them and Dr. Hodge. Dr. Hodge always takes the time to explain everything, including what I need to do at home to keep my girl healthy. Bills are detailed and always explained by the staff. As far as cost of care goes, it is worth it. You pretty much get what you pay for and I'd rather pay a bit more and know my pet is receiving the best care possible. If you're only going to choose your pet's health care based on price, perhaps you should rethink having a pet in the first place. In addition, if Dr. Hodge feels something might be better handled by a specialist, he makes that recommendation. In my opinion, this is by far the best animal hospital I've been to, and I've been to a number of them. I definitely recommend Cross Creek Animal Medical Centre to anyone who wants the best for their and quot;furkid.and quot;

Heather took time to listen to what I wanted done. I also needed to have the anal glands expelled, and she remembered that from last time. Very happy with her service.

They have been professional and fair. They are upfront with all the options and we have been happy with them.

Went to this vet because it was close to were I lived. I liked the staff as they were helpful, and was able to identify a parasitic infestation in one of my dogs. So I decided to aske them if they would neuter both my puppies. Amazing- an estimate of approx $2000. I got it done for 250.00 at another vet. Dr. Hodge may be good at what he does (I cannot comment about his skills), but he will squeeze the last cent out of you for his services.

They are very professional. He is very knowledgeable with cutting edge technology. His staff is very caring.

The groomer was very good, efficient and great with my dog. They are just unbelievable and overall it was a great experience. She really listens to what you want for a cut as well.

Service was professional, timely, and in all cases excellent. Would recommend this practice with no hesitation or reservations.

They are right behind where I live. My dog was bitten by something that I thought might be life threatening so I took my dog to Cross Creek. They took her right in even though she is not one of their regular patients. They checked her over and even called a few days later to check on her.
