 + -1 moreI had an appointment scheduled to speak to them about removing a tax lean. I was told by friends that they can't help with that, so I cancelled the appointment. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and called to remind me of my appointment.
Description of Work: I needed help with a tax lean. It would have been $199 to see them, then $149 every month for 6 months.

 + -1 moreJoe and his team ( Krista was my rep ) were extremely helpful and comforting. They took care of everything for me and me feel like finally something was being done about fixing my credit. I highly recommend them to anyone who has felt like nothing can be done to help, because they definitely can.
Description of Work: My credit was in shambles and I tried to fix it myself by writing letters and using free online templates to send to the credit bureaus but nothing was working at all. It would get sent right back to me with no effect at all to my credit. It was extremely discouraging.

It was very educational listening to him explain the ins and outs of credit scores and how the reporting agencies arrive at assigning credit scores. He quickly helped me in devising a short term plan to raise my credit score. I highly recommend Joe to anyone in need of credit repair/review. Description of Work: I was a little skeptical about credit repair. Sounded like the tooth fairy who takes your old rotting tooth and gives you a fresh dollar. I tried it once before with barely any results. With that being said, my brother referred me to Joe. Who was very honest and open about how this works and explained to me that nothing would work 100% of the time but that they would keep trying until the job was done. I liked what I was hearing and respected the honesty. After the initial consult I started to work with Monique who was also on top of everything. Kept me updated on when disputes where going out and when I should be on the look out for mail from the bureaus or creditors. I am very happy to say because of Monique's hard work I AM NOW 100% DEBT FREE! I have no accounts in collections, writes offs, or derogatory remarks. They even worked to not only get the bad stuff off my reports but make sure all the positive information was reported correctly. It did not happen over night. I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. DO NOT let something small or big effect your financial power in this world. Thanks once again to Monique and Joe.
