It took probably an hour and a half. The workers were fine, good. They explained everything and did a thorough inspection. They basically gave me my receipt and said that everything checked out on the vehicle and that was it. I was satisfied, it didn’t take very long and was in and out pretty quick. My first impression of them was normal, fine, good.

They didn't have the tires in stock and the representative I was dealing with was very rude, so that is why I left them and the next morning I went elsewhere and bought the tires there. I think they are overpriced for a few things. The last person I worked with was very rude, very inconsiderate, and when I had questions, he said I should go back tomorrow and turned his back and walked away. He was right that the tire had to be replaced, so I said to him very nicely if I could drive it until tomorrow and he just said he would advise I put the spare on and walked away, he could have said that they can put the spare on for me. He could have said they will have the tire in the morning, so I should call in then, but he just walked away. It was 7 o'clock at night, so they could have offered to put the spare tire on.

Peter Roe was the manager, and the sales man was Miguel. He was in charge of the internet sales branch. I dealt with him for all 3 purchases of my car. They were both very professional, and they were very much a pleasure to deal with. I didn't have to argue with any of them.  I had some body side molding put on. If the car does not have all the options, the dealer agrees to have your car special ordered, of if the car has features that you didn't want, and you like the car, you pay the dealer invoice for those features.

I visited Toyota 10/16 to make an appointment for today 10/17at 2:30pm. During my visit I met and spoke with three people, an ASM, a second person I thought was an ASM, who I later found out is a greeter, and cashier who made my appointment who all told me the same information that Toyota and Lexus communicate with each other so my they would honor my free initial oil change. Today when I arrived for my appointment I was told and quot;oh the greeter does not know anything he just greets and I would need to go to Lexus for this service but I should call them first to confirm they will honor it. To my response and quot;I did that here and spoke with three of your reps who told me the same thing, which is why I am here today for my appointment.and quot; Very poor customer service I will not be back.

I don't take my car to anybody else. They really do a good job and they are very thorough. They don't sell me extra stuff. They are pretty good and I trust them. I can get better price deals somewhere else but then I'm having somebody else mess with my car. I don't know if I would get as good of a quality job as I get with them. I would rather pay a couple of extra bucks. They are very good.

We have the regular service done and because it is still under warranty, I don't pay anything. They are very customer orientated and very good. I have no complaints about them. They are prompt in the work they do and they seem to do a good job because I have never had to get the car back to them the second time. They are honest and I have had no issues with them at all.

We received an estimate to do a serpentine belt service on our Toyota Matrix. The estimate was about $180. We received a coupon in the mail and intended to use this coupon toward the service. | |When we presented the coupon and dropped the car off, there was an additional $20 "shop and supplies" fee on the bill that was not included in the original estimate. The service advisor claimed that shop fees are never included in the estimate, and that we should have known that. I'm sorry, but I thought the purpose of an "estimate" was to "estimate" how much a service visit would cost! | |The guy was very rude and dismissive. After arguing and talking to a manager we got the shop fee taken off, and the manager very condescendingly told us that they put a note in our file to "include the shop fees and taxes on our future estimates." They needen't have bothered. We'll never take a car there for service again. Not after they got mad at us for calling them out on their bait and switch pricing.

I went to Courtesy Toyota because it was right down the road, and I was having a difficult time finding a seatbelt retractor for my vehicle. It's my driver's side seatbelt retractor, so I felt it was one of the most important things to have working in my vehicle.

I drove up and parked in the big open bay, and was not approached by anyone to guide me to where I was actually supposed to go. I had to approach them. I was sent inside to the parts department, and was greeted by a nice lady at the window. I asked her if they had the part, or if they could repair it. They had to order it from Orlando, and it would be there the next day she said. I didn't receive a phone call to let me know if it had arrived, so by Monday I called them to ask if it had arrived, and they said that it arrived the day after it was ordered. I was a bit dissatisfied with not being called, but I let it go.

I walked outside of the office area and waited for the two workers to finish their conversation with each other before asking my question. I waited for nearly 2 minutes outside the tiny office area before they acknowledged me. When they turned to me and asked if they could help me I asked them if they had time to install it for me, thinking it would be quicker if they did it compared to if I did it myself. One of the workers walked away and asked someone else, who apparently didn't speak English. The original guy said that he is asking for more than an hours' worth of labor, and quoted me $200+. I told them they must be mistaken, because it is quite literally only three bolts unscrewed and then screwed back in. He responded by saying and quot;that guy has been here for years and yearsand quot; and and quot;he knows what he is talking aboutand quot;. I told them that it was far too much to pay for that, I would either do it myself, or ask someone else.

I drove to the other corner of the intersection to Tire Mania Auto Repair, and they took a look at it and told me that it would be 30 minutes MAX. They told me that I could easily do it myself. They quoted me about $35 for the work. I told them since I am here go ahead and do it. They did it and it was indeed less than 30 mins worth of work.

If that is not a blatant sign of dishonesty I don't know what is. Courtesy Toyota will not EVER have my business after that.

The oil change was fine and it came with free wiper blades. The blades were the cheapest things - squeak like crazy. Wanted to over charge me for an air filter that I can do myself rather cheaply, and an A/C filter. Declined both.

On August 31 we took our truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and it all went downhill from their. A few days later, I went to get gas and the fuel guage and digital display were off. Instead my gas tank reading full and the digital display reading 312 miles to empty, my tank was full but I only had 130 miles to empty. I called and informed them of the problem and at first the issue was blown off. I called again and spoke to someone called Frank who told me to bring the truck in and they would look at it no problem. Today, my husband took the truck in was told the would have to charge for the diagnostic. We paid for test and we were told that it would cosr $623.00 to repair. Our truck in is excellent shape. We have every service record from the original date of purchase until now. We have only taken the truck to Toyota dealerships for service. This dealetship os the only one we have ever been to that seemed to want to cheat the customer instead of help them. I called our dealership in Washington who serviced our truck for 4 years before we moved to Florida and they did research, and told me how to remedy the problem. Thry also found me a reputable Toyota dealership to take my business to in the future. I think because of their location, they feel people will not want to travel to far to get service so they settle for this dealership. These people are dishonest and I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
