I had purchased Silestone counters and installation from Home Depot and counter active was the company that did the installation. The overhangs were not uniform from counter to counter as well as within the same stretch of counter, and pieces of counter remain uninstalled. This installation was a few years ago and I was not living in the area. I complained several times and they finally came out and fixed the most of discrepancies within each individual counter, however, counter to counter overhangs are still not uniform and pieces of the counter still remain uninstalled.

The process and pricing was explained to me over the phone by the owner. A sales rep. was able to come to my house the same afternoon to give me a quote and show me sample granite colors. The quote was reasonable. A week later 2 gentleman returned to my house to take a template of my kitchen. My countertops were installed 2 weeks later. The removal of my old countertops and installation of my new countertops only took 3 hours.

THESE GUYS WERE GREAT! I GOT MY SILESTONE COUNTERTOP IN 7 DAYS INSTALLED PROFESSIONALLY. THEY RAN INTO SOME UNRELATED PROBLEMS AND STAYED UNTIL THE JOB WAS 100%. WOULD RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO ANYONE

THE GUYS DOING THE WORK WERE CONGENIAL, BUT THE FRONT OFFICE SEEMS TO ALWAYS BE IN CHAOS. WE WERE TWICE DISSATISFIED AND WILL USE ANOTHER COMPANY FOR UPCOMING PROJECTS.

WE HAD A SLIGHT PROBLEM RELATING TO WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE AT THE SHOP BEFORE THE TOPS WERE DELIVERED. COUNTERACTIVE CAME RIGHT OUT AND RECTIFIED THE SITUATION. ALWAYS DEPENDABLE AND, SINCE THEY WERE SUBCONTRACTED BY HOME DEPOT, WE KNEW THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE THAT WANTS TO INSTALL NEW COUNTERTOPS IN THEIR HOUSE.
