I was initially impressed with the effort that was made to get the tree branches cut down however it was obvious that more work would need to be done in order to prepare the branches/limbs for removal. Most notable was how the sidewalk was completely blocked and that anyone walking in front of the house would not be able to use it. Also, the vertical fence post (and the one task I carefully explained needed to be completed most of all) remained laying on the ground a week later because of their failure to come back and finish what they'd already been paid to do.
