Wonderful! Bob was nice enough to even locate parts for my 20-year-old timer to save me money! But that would have taken a while and I opted for a new timer. He gave me an excellent price for the parts and labor. He installed it in under an hour and checked sprinkler heads to make sure that they were working properly. He also set up the correct watering times for my address. He found a broken sprinkler head and replaced it free of charge. That is really excellent customer service, I will be recommending him to my homeowners association contractor webpage as well.
