I used Anne Park. There was a fee to Coldwell Bank broker with whom she works with on the buyer’s side but on the seller’s side they take commission to the Coldwell Bank broker. She was recommended to me by someone I know and she was absolutely fabulous. She helped me find a home and we went with closing with her. She gave lots of good information and recommendation. She stayed within the budget we were looking for and in fact we ended up being way under budget and that’s a good thing. The price was good.

She is excellent. We found the house and closed on it in less than a month. She was responsive and very persistent about finding me the right place. I worked with her for almost a year so she is patient. I am not the average home buyer because my budget was so low so I called to see if she would even take me on. She had no doubts at all and that was really nice for a first-time home buyer.
