Hardwood Flooring Service
The flooring started to cup within a couple of months after being installed. I tried to contact him about the floor cupping. He had someone come out and look at the flooring, and I was told he would get back to me. No one ever got back with me. I have sent him two certified letters in the mail, and neither of them have been accepted. He does not answer phone calls when I call him.
