Initial meetings were great. Coast to Coast listened to what we wanted to accomplish before just trying to sell me something. Prices were comparable to local competition and product offerings were similar (no under/over selling). Installation went as planned. Installers were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and explained each step fully when questioned (which was often). Office personnel communicated well throughout entire process. Salesperson followed up afterwards on site to assure we were satisfied. I would definitely refer Coast to Coast and would do business with them again.

Said they plugged some leaks. Not leaking. But now have other problems.

Representatives arrived on time as scheduled. Went about inspecting entire pool solar panel heating system, Found that there was one leak in water pipe. Repaired leak and charged their service call fee of $105 plus parts of $35. I was very pleased with the knowledge of the representatives and the cost of repair.
