He is very cooperative. The person that repaired the blinds wasn?t there at the moment, but he said as he comes back from his job he will have him take a look at it. He was able to fix it within 24 hours and return the blinds. We did talk about what it would cost to replace it if the blind couldn?t be fixed.

They never make a mess during installation. They are very knowledgeable and professional.

We were in the process of totally redecorating our family room. We were beginning from scratch with only the four walls and a tile floor. We needed something to cover the four sliding doors that opened to the pool. Coast to Coast came to the house and gave us a demonstration and helped us choose the panel track window treatments. Jason Littlejohn was the salesman, decorating adviser, and (later) installer. Jason gave us good advice with sound reasoning for his choices. He also gave us options on products of various pricing, without pushing for the more expensive products. After we had chosen the product, Jason gave us a quote that included shipping, taxes, and installation. There were no hidden charges. We were pleasantly surprised at the low quote. He asked for 50% down. As he left, he gave an estimate as to when the product would arrive and their time to install. Again, he was accurate, and we had no surprises. The day of installation they arrived and quickly did the work. Once the work was finished, my wife paid the other 50%. We have been very pleased with the result and have invited not only friends, but other decorators to see the product. Most of these decorators had not heard of panel track, and were very impressed.
