 + -1 moreI was having issues with my Microsoft Outlook. I did my research on the Internet and it was recommended that I should uninstall and re-install Outlook. Since I am not an IT person, I spoke to Arnold and he promptly came over to help. He figured out the problem and fixed it in no time. The fix was much simpler than what I was told prior. Arnold is a very pleasant person, confident and knowledgeable, with lots of experience in his field. I would recommend his services to anyone who needs an IT fix for either an individual or a small business that has no in-house technical support.

Description of Work: Clear Viz Computer provides outstanding, "personalized" computer and IT consulting services to our very busy medical practice. We have used them for 1 year and have always been satisfied with their work. We used Clear Viz Computer, initially, for an Office re-location (we were moving from one building to another). One the morning of the move, Arnold Graham (the owner) arrived on time, took inventory of our existing infrastructure, and then began disconecting and preparing all our devices for moving. At the new location, Arnold worked with our phone and Internet provider to set up our new service, and re-connected all our devices and ensured they were working properly. This would have been a tremendous burden on us if we had to do it ourselves. Clear Viz Computer took care of everything but the moving itself. We didn't have to worry at all. We now use Clear Viz Computer for all our IT consulting needs. What impresses us most is his personal attention to the details of our IT infrastructure. Arnold can come in and "hit the ground running," and not waste time. He can also accomplish this in the middle of a very busy day at our office, with people constantly moving and causing distractions. Arnold is a fantastic problem solver. He can provide solutions to problems that would leave the average computer user stumped. We recommend Arnold and Clear Viz Computer for those medical/dental/legal professionals that simply don't have time to get into the "nuts and bolts" of the IT setup of their offices. Arnold keep his eyes on that for you. We also recommend Clear Viz Computer for your household as well. Arnold has done work at our home and can work on Home Entertainment systems, Surround Sound setups, etc.
