 + 1 moreEverything went pretty well. Ryan and Lindsey came out. They were both very nice, and came out on time. As far as the carpets go, there were a couple of stains that did not come out, but, I am not sure that they could have. The only complaint that I have is that the crumbs that were in the folds of the couch were still there after the job. I even mentioned it to Ryan before hand, but, it was Lindsey that cleaned the sectional. Maybe she forgot or maybe they don't do that, but, anyway, no one told me that they did not, and for the price (about $100 with an Angies's List discount-which is nice that they do give that) I would have expected that to have been done. I did it later myself and it was pretty easy. As far as price versus quality, I do admit that am not an expert on evaluating that, as I have not had to use any carpet/upholstery cleaners in the past.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in 3 bedrooms (I paid for the restore package), and cleaned sofa (spruce package).

 + -1 moreTheir rep arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He fully explained all of our options without any upselling and completed the job on time. He explained that they had to clean the carpet twice but could still not get all the marks out (the white carpet has been in a busy office for four years). Even though we were happy with the job they had done he insisted on charging us half price. We will definitely use them again and are delighted to recommend them, they did an excellent all round job.

 + -1 moreThey were prompt, professional, polite, and did an excellent job. They even pointed out a very small stain that they could not get out which was located behind the back pillow! Very detail oriented. I would definitely use them for other services that they provide.

 + -1 moreThe company was very professional and responsive to my need to have the furniture clean very soon. 4pm ish. They came on time. It was in the late afternoon, likeThey told me how long it would take for the furniture to dry. (I don't remember the number of hours at this point.) The problem was that it took three times longer for the furniture to dry. I was leaving the next morning and rentors were coming in. I was concerned because the furniture still wasn't dry when I left. I had to ask my cleaning person to take extra time and dry them with a blow dryer. So, I ended up having to pay my cleaning person extra money. Also, the upholstery didn't look as clean as I had anticipated. Don't know if that is because it had been so long since it had been cleaned or their suggested cleaning didn't do a good enough job.
Description of Work: A sofa, ottoman and a deep back chair was cleaned.

 + 5 moredo not go there no matter what. $40 an hour per person is ridiculous especially when the results are worse than i could have achieved myself. a co=owner came over and told me that 2 and1/2 hours was insufficient to clean a small condo with few furnishings.; he indicated that the AREAS SUCH AS FLOORS AND MIRRORS WERE DEFICIENT were hot cleane. HELLO, WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS STORY? USE MY VACUUM AND PAPER TOWELS, SUPERVISOR SAYS THE FLOORS ARE NOT CLEANED, NO ATTEMPT TO RECTIFY? DO NOT GO THERE.
Description of Work: i was blown away by the 2k+ charge for my last move out. the pinellas county inspector was appaled by the inadeqauacy of their allegedly haz mat clean. i hired them again beause they are nice people but, $40/hour/technician is steep. they used my vacuum. i paid $200 for a cursory (by their words) clean. there were spots on all glass and mirrors, the floors weren't in anyway clean and the beds were made with the wrong way (top was bottom, etc., apparently pillow tuck is a new concept as is horizontal vs.vertical is is an unknown trait. a co-owner of the company visited me and left if a huff. if i had really wanted a real clean in my place, i should have contracted for more. i don't believe that dirt on the floor, spots everywhere and spurious vacuuming after paying $200.00 for a 1,004 s.f. condo is ridiculous. late by 1 hour and 30 minutes and leaving cleaning supplies in my home was the last straw.$200 for an inadequate dust, no appliance care (except auto oven clean) and floors and rugs in a mess, i love to do business with local people but teachers, nurses and tradesmen make $40 which is what clean monsters charge and their work is suspect to review.

oriental rug cleaning
 + -1 moreThey scheduled an appointment to come look at the rugs and provide a quote. I thought their prices were reasonable and they gave me an Angies List discount. They took both rugs with them to be cleaned. We were in the middle of a remodeling project so they would call periodically to see if we were ready for them to drop the rugs off. Once ready, they showed up very quickly with both rugs. They were nicely wrapped for protection. Both rugs look great. Was very satisfied and will definitely use them again!
Description of Work: Had 1 8x10 oriental rug and 1 8x0 sissel rug cleaned.

 + -1 moreAnn did a fabulous job and the chair now looks brand new. She was able to get out all of the stains and the fabric was not damaged in the process. I would recommend this company for all of your cleaning needs, they were prompt, completed the job in a timely manner and a joy to chat with.
