Clean Monsters

Everything went pretty well. Ryan and Lindsey came out. They were both very nice, and came out on time. As far as the carpets go, there were a couple of stains that did not come out, but, I am not sure that they could have. The only complaint that I have is that the crumbs that were in the folds of the couch were still there after the job. I even mentioned it to Ryan before hand, but, it was Lindsey that cleaned the sectional. Maybe she forgot or maybe they don't do that, but, anyway, no one told me that they did not, and for the price (about $100 with an Angies's List discount-which is nice that they do give that) I would have expected that to have been done. I did it later myself and it was pretty easy. As far as price versus quality, I do admit that am not an expert on evaluating that, as I have not had to use any carpet/upholstery cleaners in the past.

Their rep arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He fully explained all of our options without any upselling and completed the job on time.
He explained that they had to clean the carpet twice but could still not get all the marks out (the white carpet has been in a busy office for four years).
Even though we were happy with the job they had done he insisted on charging us half price.
We will definitely use them again and are delighted to recommend them, they did an excellent all round job.

They did a very good job cleaning the furniture and also were extremely nice and professional.

They were prompt, professional, polite, and did an excellent job. They even pointed out a very small stain that they could not get out which was located behind the back pillow! Very detail oriented. I would definitely use them for other services that they provide.

4pm ish. They came on time. It was in the late afternoon, likeThey told me how long it would take for the furniture to dry. (I don't remember the number of hours at this point.)
The problem was that it took three times longer for the furniture to dry. I was leaving the next morning and rentors were coming in. I was concerned because the furniture still wasn't dry when I left. I had to ask my cleaning person to take extra time and dry them with a blow dryer. So, I ended up having to pay my cleaning person extra money. Also, the upholstery didn't look as clean as I had anticipated. Don't know if that is because it had been so long since it had been cleaned or their suggested cleaning didn't do a good enough job.

They scheduled an appointment to come look at the rugs and provide a quote. I thought their prices were reasonable and they gave me an Angies List discount. They took both rugs with them to be cleaned. We were in the middle of a remodeling project so they would call periodically to see if we were ready for them to drop the rugs off. Once ready, they showed up very quickly with both rugs. They were nicely wrapped for protection. Both rugs look great. Was very satisfied and will definitely use them again!

They were fine. They were hardly successful in what they did and not completely, but they tried.

They had to come out 3 times before they got it right. They didn't move the furniture, but they finally got it right.

Their service turned out fine. They did a nice job.

They were excellent. They were extremely friendly. They put a video up on the internet that explained how they cleaned the carpet. It was very easy to understand and user friendly.

They had to come back a couple of times due to a misunderstanding about the service. They did not charge me for coming back out.

Ann did a fabulous job and the chair now looks brand new. She was able to get out all of the stains and the fabric was not damaged in the process.
I would recommend this company for all of your cleaning needs, they were prompt, completed the job in a timely manner and a joy to chat with.

I rated my experience with Clean Monsters an "A" in all categories. I highly recommend them and would use Clean Monsters again without any hesitation!
