Excellent from beginning to end. Hillary at the office is friendly and professional, Jimmy showed up on time, did the work scheduled and sent us the report promptly. The price is very fair. Will hire Mr. Ward for any future inspections and will definitely refer him to anyone in need of any inspection. Thank you,

Basically they do that to make sure that the house is up to code and everything before the insurance kicks in. I had changed insurance providers and they requersted it. It is actually called a five point inspection. It has a particular purpose I guess.

The inspections went very smoothly. Jimmy, the inspector, was extremely professional and thorough. He really enjoys his work, and goes above and beyond to protect his clients and to keep them throughout the process. He was thorough, spending more than 4 hours going through each room in the house, checking all systems, roof, pool, etc. he is a trained architect and also a certified radon gas inspector. He had with him the las test tools of the trade (e.g., infrared cameras). He produced a thorough 48 page report and reviewed with us specifically what he referred to as the "red" items, that is the major items that would need more immediate attention. Great personality and willing to go in ant crawl space, tight closet, roof, etc., to provide the best service. Would highly recommend Class Act Inspections, without hesitation or reservation!

After the inspection was complete.
The inspector took the time to take me through the unit detailing all items with me.
After the inspector left I had a complete detailed report with pictures email to me within 2 hours.
AWESOME!!

The best money I've ever spent! Jimmy was timely, personable and graciously answered each of the many questions I had.  When
the inspection was finished, he took time to review the results and make recommendations which helped me prioritize and plan the work that needed to be done.  The final inspection report was very detailed and thorough, including pictures and helpful comments.  If you want to feel confident about the true condition of your new home - Jimmy's your man.

Our inspector, Jimmy, was prompt, professional and very detailed. He was flexible with scheduling our last minute request. I appreciate the time he spent discussing his findings, recommended maintenance and suggested improvements for the property. Inspection report contained excellent pictures and details. And best of all, the prices beat other companies by a long shot.
