LED lighting fixtures are as advertised. No problems with quality of merchandise.
Installation should have been, but wasn't, supervised during/after installation.
The trim on one unit was scratched and had to be replaced. It was obvious and should never have been mounted in the first place. A supervisor would have caught this & avoided a return visit. Trim was properly replaced on second visit.
One light unit was not aligned with the two other light units installed in the hallway. Lighting units really looked strange. Installer said there was not enough wire, etc. He was asked again on second visit, and gave same response. I ended up hiring another professional who aligned unit without incident. Would have only taken an extra effort to have properly completed this. A supervisor could have addressed this during the first visit, or second visit, had he bothered to follow up.
When second unit was installed in the hallway, the installer cut a hole in the ceiling as necessary but it was cut too large so that it went beyond edge of trim. Touch-up required. Again something which a supervisor would have caught and addressed.
Clean-up was not entirely completed.
"Thank You for submitting your review."
