Honestly, I think that they are little bit pricey for the work (at least for this specific issue).  However, overall, they are a good company.  The guys are extremely responsive and stay in touch with you constantly via email about what they are finding and what they are suggesting as a resolution to your computer issues.
I would definitely go there again for serious computer issues (like a system crash, hardware upgrades, etc.)

Needed assistance with an overheating PC. Technician was very helpful and jumped right in to diagnose the issue. The PC had been seriously over-clocked and he was kind enough to run through a number of BIOS settings and restore them to normal levels. My liquid cooled system had also failed and he recommended a less expensive solution for effective cooling. Unfortunately, he didn't have the part I needed in stock, and suggested another store to find it. Process took about 15-20-min and when I offered payment, he told me "no charge." Very cool and much appreciated. Thanks Citrus!

I corresponded with Chris for a few weeks before dropping off my components. On Saturday, 8/23/14, I dropped off the case and all the components, still in their boxes. I gave Chris an extensive list of very specific instructions; I am very particular about my computer. Chris took the instructions, assured me everything would be fine, and gave me a pickup date of 8/26/14.
In the interim, Chris emailed me a few times to let me know as each stage was complete. I really appreciated the constant email updates.
On Tuesday, 8/26/14, I got the notice that the computer was ready. I picked it up that afternoon, looked at the computer inside and out, asked them to test it for me before leaving, and everything looked good. I also got all the spare parts, wires, etc., as well as the original boxes for all the components back. I took it home, but had to wait to set it up because I did not have my monitor or other peripherals yet.
I should mention that the cable management on my computer was excellent. Everything had been installed according to my precise instructions, and Chris even threw in an adapter that I needed to make the way I wanted at no additional cost. As I said, I am very exacting about my computer, so to say I was really impressed with the assembly means a LOT.
On Friday, 8/29/14, I began setting up my computer in the afternoon/evening. I was having trouble with the monitor and started to panic. I called Citrus Computers for advice on how to get it to work, and they invited me to come in and let them take a look. To be clear, the monitor had nothing to do with Citrus Computers, but they were happy to help. I got there shortly before closing time, but Adam and Jamie helped us work through the issues and got the monitor working. I knew that I was keeping them a little late, but they never made me feel rushed or acted impatient. there was no charge at all for the help.
During the following weekend, I found that the software controlling my cooling system was not fully functional. I called Citrus and determined the best day to come in when Chris was there, and went in on Tuesday, 9/2/14. Chris spent a while figuring out the problem, which turned out to be the instructions on the manufacturer's website were wrong. Once he realized the instructions were giving the wrong driver information, he was able to experiment until he found the correct driver and fixed the problem while I waited. Again, there was no charge for the follow up service, even though it was not caused by any fault of theirs.
Overall, I am very, very pleased with the service. In my ratings, I put the price as a and quot;Band quot; only because it was a lot of money. I got three quotes before choosing Citrus and they were slightly below the competition, so don't take my rating to mean that I felt they were charging me more than the market should bear. The rating is more of a comment on the high cost of the market in general.

Used this company for several laptop repairs and purchased a laptop and desktop from them. Customer service was always good. The last two repairs customer service has been TERRIBLE. I had to call literally DOZENS of times, all calls went unreturned, and no one ever reached out to me. The company verified my office phone number and email address, but never reached out to me through either method. They told me they and quot;left messagesand quot; but could not tell me WHEN, and had no explanation when I explained that I can search my cell phone AND VoIP phone records and there are NO CALLS FROM THEM. For the last repair, after WEEKS they finally answered my call to give me a quote on repairing one problem - the computer was sent in with two problems with a note taped to it explaining both problems and all attempted solutions. It was weeks before I could get an answer on the second problem. When I had someone go to pick up the laptop they were told it was disposed of per the agreement - the agreement that I have never seen or signed. Will be taking my business elsewhere and would NOT recommend.

My computer was running slow. When I got it back the next day, I could not sign on or do anything else. J. Smith wanted to charge $256 to fix my harddrive. I took the same laptop to Office Depot and it took the tech less than 5 minutes to find a bug that was placed on my computer by J. Smith. They were able to fix it very quickly.

I got repeated error messages from Outlook for Mac saying Outlook needed to rebuild my main identity; then the rebuild would always failed. (I run Outlook on a MacBook Pro.) I tried all the suggested fixes that I could find on the Internet, but none solved the problem.
Initially, Jay at Citrus Computers thought it could be a hard drive problem and ran a hardware diagnostic on the CPU, RAM, hard drive, motherboard and video memory. The hardware was fine - it was a software issue after all. After a lot of work on his part
and calls to Apple, he was able to install a patch to fix Outlook. He also got Outlook to sync again with the address book and iCal, so I didn't have to re-enter data.
It took a two days longer to fix than they estimated and they could have been a little bit better at keeping me updated on the status, (I had to keep calling them) but they did a great job and I’d use them again.
