This job began on April 8 and ended on September 24. I was promised a 6-week job. I know that jobs take longer, but this job took six months. They didn't want to pull permits, once they decided to, they ran into a problem and then blamed us, the homeowners. Every problem that came along was our fault. Mr. Ciccarello himself screamed at me when I told him the project was over 120 days and threatened to quit with my teenage son present during the encounter. His designer abandoned the project on May 13. The electrician was unprofessional and hostile. I now have lights that flicker and have to hire another electrician to fix the mess. They tore out a closet but did not put it back together and now we have to either do it ourselves or again, hire someone else. They were absent over 60 of the 170 working days. I would not recommend this company to do anything for anyone. The hostility, missing days, and bad work just makes them one of the worse companies to use in the Tampa Bay area.

I was very pleased with the service I received from CICCARELLO & SON.  I first spoke with Scott on the phone and explained my situation. He was very helpful and patient and offered several good ideas and solutions with no sales pressure. Although I ultimately did not purchase the new water heater from Scott, I did use them to install it. The plumber arrived right on time and was very friendly and professional. He spent a lot of time educating me about my product and made every effort to insure I was satisfied with the job.

My mother's toilet had water running in the tank even though the tank was full and the water was not leaking through the plunger into the toilet. We called two plumbers and one was busy with a home building job and the other didn't return two messages.  I found this plumber on Angie's list and looked at the rating and the distance from the home.  They came out the day the were called and replaced the toilet fill valve and the shut off valve below the tank.  I noticed the water was still running so I cut back the volume so it would reduce the flow.  When I called the office the next day they stated to check it in a few days and see if the water continues to run when put back on full force.  I did this and it did continue to run.  My mother contacted the office and the plumber showed up within an hour to fix it.  The toilet fill valve was faulty so he put another new one in.  The running stopped.  The original price was not cheap and there was no cost to come back to fix the issue.  Joseph is the plumber and Scott is his supervisor.  Both are very friendly and helpful.  I would not hesitate to use them again.

We called in early morning and the service man came before lunch.  we were unable to use toilets or showers so their quickness was much appreciated.  The sewer line to the street was cleared after several hours and full service restored.

Called him at 8 am because of an overflowing toilet. He came to the house within an hour and a half and cleared all the problems. He cleared the bathroom line through the vent on the roof and made sure that the line was fully cleared by flushing the toilet, running the sink and the shower for a period of time. He also cleared the slowly draining sink in the kitchen through the drain in the sink.

Great, I would call them again. They were recommended to me. The service tech was professional, friendly and in and out. The faucet has worked as it should. I would recommend them.

Absolutely a great experience. We have a 1937 bungalow that previous owners has stripped all the character from. Mr. Ciccarello and his designer Carissa planned and executed exactly what we wanted. Mr Ciccarello and his son spent so much time building character back into the house. Details were made that were true to the heritage of the home and they built in functionality at every turn-no space is wasted and every detail was considered. If we were to do it again, we would ask for their help again. If you want it done right , with integrity and attention to detail, this is the team that you want.

They showed up on time and were very professional. They were very hard workers. We had only two hiccups. We didn't realize things would have to be done in two trips and there was a small miscommunication in regard to what floor needed to be tore out in order to do the plumbing which was understandable since the scope of the project was discussed over the phone with them walking through as we talked to them on the phone since we lived in orlando but the house was in Tampa. They were recommended to us by an electrician and overall we were pleased

My problem was that I had a stuck water drain in the kitchen sink and washing machine. There was water around the house. Joseph came on time, I explained and showed him my situation. He used the plumbing snake to fix my problem. He is very professional.

Initially we had small construction work done, which was done well.
Following that we had electrical work done. This was not a good decision.
Electrical work was costly, took a long time and we still dont feel that it is a safe installation.
We tried to discuss the work and the charges - which we did not think matched the quality or quantity of work. Owner did not agree.

They are super.

They are always on time. They are courteous and professional. They are dependable and reasonable.

The plumber arrived during the two hour window he had given us. He was polite, worked quickly and even gave us some hints for some future work we are planning to do that will save money since he suggested some work we can do easily ourselves at a fraction of the cost a professional would charge. The entire area was clean when he left our home.

THEY WOULDN'T GIVE PROPER ADVANCED NOTICE OF WHEN THEY WERE COMING, THEY WOULD TELL THEY WERE COMING BUT THEN THEY WOULDN'T SHOW UP. THEY WOULD ALSO MAKE ME WAIT WONDERING WHEN THEY WERE COMING. THERE ARE A FEW MINOR THINGS THAT REMAIN TO BE FINISHED. THEY DIDN'T TAKE OUR NEEDS INTO CONSIDERATION. THE CABINETS WERE INSTALLED TOO HIGH AND THEN WE COULDN'T REACH THEM. I HAD A BRAND NEW KITCHEN AND I COULDN'T USE IT OR ENJOY IT. I HAD TO WAIT 2 WEEKS BEFORE THEY LOWERED THEM AND I COULDN'T PUT ANYTHING IN THEM. THEY HAD POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

JOSEPH AND HIS HELPER WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. CORDIAL BUT WASTED NO TIME. KNEW IMMEDIATELY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND HOW TO GET THE JOB DONE.
