They took the car and after an hour and half reported exactly what I had detailed. Oh, I received several texts and half a dozen emails but the confirmation for what I had already knew cost me $150.00 I understand that computer diagnostics will reveal more issues but an hour and a half for diagnostics. any auto service worth anything will give a first time customer a fair shake on a diagnostic charge. Not very Christian of the Christian Bros. First time customer and LAST time customer.

It took approximately two hours to complete the job.  Every time they perform a service, they text you and tell you what they're going to do.  They let you know, and then they give you a 10% discount if you're a Triple A member.  They're good.  They bring your vehicle up for you and they give you a fresh bottle of water.  They send you a nice card about a week later and that type of thing.  So they're really good; very professional.

I've owned many vehicles and had work done in many dealerships and shops, but interactions with Christian Brothers is amazing!  This particular vehicle, a 2010 Toyota Camry, was approaching the 50K mark with little having been done to it except for oil & filter changes and a previous tire replacement and rotation.  I was anticipating several road trips in the next few months starting with one throughout Texas in early March.  I wanted to make sure the car was road worthy.  My husband has had some minor work done on his at Christian Brothers and was so satisfied, so I called them to find out a ball park cost (it was lower than the Toyota Dealer that I had been having do the maintenance) so I scheduled a date. 

Not only is it much closer to my home, but the waiting room is clean, comfortable and quiet. This allowed me to work while I waited, although they would have driven me home and picked me up again if I had preferred.  I was treated with courtesy and respect, and not talked down to. After conducting the inspection, they pointed out a few things that given up coming road trips, they encouraged me to consider taking care of.  I was advised how much time and the cost of each item, but given the option to return or do it then.  As I was already there, I had them attend to the items.  None of them were surprises, like the batter which was the original that had less than half power; and the brake fluid, and front end alignment. Everything was completed on time and at the estimate given.

While I waited a couple hours total, I observed that everyone was treated with the same respect and courtesy that I had been.  Several folks, apparently at the service for the first time also commented on how comfortable the waiting area was. 

When the vehicle servicing was complete, they even gave me a newer coupon discount than the one I had brought with me.  I honestly can't imagine taking my business elsewhere.

They're very professional. I don't know how experienced they are though as far as the mechanics. Their price is pretty high.

It is nice that they offer a compliment free after a car service.

Changed the oil and checked out the leak. Also provided a written estimate and explanation of the costs and the time needed to do the repair of the leak. Provided a check on the alignment free of charge. The environment is clean and the staff was very professional. Explained the consequences of leaving the repair needed unaddressed. However there was no pressure to have the additional repair done immediately, just encouraged not to go too long without having it addressed.

They are very good! When you drop your car off, they will take you back home or to wherever you need to go. They will also pick you up.
