Description of Work: Possibly the worst property manager on the market. She is rude and hot tempered towards tenants and owner. Tenants never stay more than their initial least due to her service. Tons of fees amounting to thousands of dollars a year. Only cares about her pocketbook, could care less about owner or tenants. my house was found with bird d*** all over the place, what she is managing is beyond me. Run for your life, she won't lift a finger for your property.

Description of Work: We used Chloie as a property manager a few years ago. I basically had to do everything myself. She was never available when needed. She refused to let us know when she would be in the office to pick up our deposit check, and was rude to our tenants. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Description of Work: Real estate agent posing as a property manager; never actually actively managed the property - only found tenants, handled move-in and close-out, and collected money for doing a lot of nothing the rest of the time. I tried to work repairs through her but she never had any recommended plumbers, electricians, etc - what kind of PM doesn't have preferred service people to send out? I now know there are dedicated property management companies in the area that blow her out of the water in service level (and for lower cost on the tenant placement).

Run the other way. She won't lift a finger for your property.
