it went great. first off the add for the computer repair was incorrect, when I called Elias he explained to me that it was not suppose to be in home service and he would not be able to come to my house which is about 1 hour from his store. He asked if I would be able to bring it to his store and he would be happy to take care of it. Since his store was not far from my work place I agreed to bring it to him. He basically had to format the hard drive and reinstall windows 10, he got it set up correctly so now I don't have any problems with it. I was very happy with his service, he went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Chik mobile and Elias. Thank you.

Chik Mobile did a fantastic job! The gentleman who was there fixed the casing on my computer in no-time flat, and was more than knowledgeable about the product and how to fix it. The cost was extremely reasonable and well worth the amount. I would highly recommend anyone to use their services and will definitely be returning if I am in the need of another computer fix. Mr. Martinez is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He responded very quickly and kept me very updated on our desktop situation. He went above and beyond in getting it repaired and charged an extremely reasonable price.
A few days later, the on/off button on my son's tablet got stuck. Mr. Martinez quickly fixed it and at no charge. Very kind and considerate business owner.
