One man working on the job part time.  Slow progress.  Floors were rough in areas (not properly sanded) and repairs to the floor were not done professionally.  When I contacted the office to discuss my issues with the job, they did not call back or respond to me.  I sent them picture of the problem areas and they did not respond.

I previously reviewed this company after the job was finished but before I moved into the house. Since moving in I have noticed a few issues with the floor. One is that I paid extra to have longer boards installed and some of them are not the length I paid for. Also, many of the boards are nailed from the top. One has as many as 10 nails in it.

I emailed the company to ask about this on March 5th and did not receive a reply. I sent another email on March 9th with no reply. On March 15th I sent another asking for a reply and did not receive one. I then called in case the email was not working. My call was not returned.

I had pretty much given up and dropped the matter until I rearranged the furniture and was again reminded of the issues. I again sent an email on August 1st and called and left a message on I believe August 6th.

I have not had a reply to any of my attempts to contact this company.

My experience with them was alright. There were some slight problems with communication but the product was fine. I didn't have to do a lot of extra work as far as removing baseboards and stuff like that. They were willing to clean the floor before putting the new floor boards in. With other companies, I would have to do that prior to them coming in. They willing to answer a lot of questions that I had. I was off that week. I had all kinds of different questions in the way they were doing things as far as staining process and different types of wood they used; they had three different types of wood. That was pretty good. I am still trying to get the answers about some stain kits that I can go back and do touch ups on some of the floor boards. They had told me that they would give me some help addressing those. Other than that they were topnotch.

The team came on the first day as scheduled and removed the quarter round moulding and began the sanding of the floors. They worked from the time they came at 0830 until 1630. The second day was the continuation of sanding and prepping the floor for stain. They showed us several stains before selecting the pecan stain. The third day was spent completing the prep for stain. They stained the entire flooring that day. The third day was spent prepping for the sealer. They completed the work at 1500 placing two coats of sealer.
