Would give customer service zero if I could. Company did not have certain parts needed to finish my job. I had to contact them after a week for an update. Gave info to customer service about needing the part and then where to find it but info was never passed to technician. Found and purchased parts myself.

SERVICE TECH THOMAS FIXED PROBLEM IMMEDIATLY, PLUS ADVISED ME TO CALL TECO ABOUT ANOTHER PROBLEM I WAS HAVING. I CALLED TECO AND THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY AND REPLACED THE MAIN WIRE FROM THE POLE TO MY HOUSE WHICH TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. THANK YOU, TOM,

Stay away from this contractor, he does not honer his contract, the work has not been completed and he wont answer his calls, payed a large potion up front and the work is not finished. UPDATED 7-20-2020 I hired them in Dec 2019, to do a whole house electrical remodel, I contracted with main electrician Rob, who told me it would take 3 weeks with him and a helper. Unfortunately it took twice as long since he work by himself 80 percent of the time. This backed up the other contractors and slowed everything down. However I was satisfied with his work and it passed inspection. This is where everything went downhill. Rob was let go from this company and called me and let me know. My drywall contractor needed to know how to handle the wiring and I tried for two weeks to contact someone from the company to advise. Scott the owner never returned any of my calls. I had already paid for 75 percent of the project and only got 40 percent of the work done. I called Home Advisor to file a complaint and finally got a call from Scott and he promised to complete the job. It is now July and my project is still not completed. My building permit expires in Sept and cannot get final inspection until the electrical work is done. There have been multiple no shows and broken promises and unacceptable excuses. Scott the owner is unprofessional, a liar and a con artist. Stay away from this company.
