Description of Work: I took some gold jewelry to sell to them and got what I feel was a very fair price. Then I bought a ring which they ordered and it came in 2 weeks and it's great. Whenever I need a jeweler in the future, these are the people I will go to.

 + -1 moreMY EXPERIENCE AT CHARLES JEWELERS WAS POSITIVE FROM BEGINNING TO END. I WAS GREETED PROMPTLY AND WARMLY. THE WOMAN WHO HELPED ME CHECKED WITH THE ON-SITE JEWELER TO MAKE SURE THAT HE WOULD BE ABLE TO SIZE BOTH BRACELETS. I ALSO HAD A NEW WATCH WITH ME THAT I NEEDED TO HAVE SIZED. THE JEWELER SIZED IT WHILE I WAS WORKING THE WOMAN BEHIND THE COUNTER (THE OWNER?). HE SIZED MY WATCH FOR FREE! MY REPAIR ITEMS WERE READY AT THE TIME PROMISED & I WAS CALLED TO REMIND ME THAT THEY WERE DONE. EVERYTHING WAS DONE TO PERFECTION. I COULD NOT EVEN TELL THAT ANY OF THE PIECES HAD BEEN WORKED ON, EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT EVERYTHING FIT.
Description of Work: I HAD CHARLES JEWELERS SIZE 2 BRACELETS FOR ME. ONE OF THE BRACELETS IS AN UNUSUAL EUROPEAN DESIGN, NOT FREQUENTLY SEEN IN THE US. THEY ALSO PUT A 'LOBSTER-CLAW' CLASP ON A GOLD CHAIN OF MINE.
