Brian at Ceramitec is one of the most meticulous and precise individuals I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is true expert in his craft offering insights and suggestions that made our bathroom remodel even better than we could have imagined. For example, we were not aware of Schluter edging which ended up being the perfect suggestion to accent the oiled-bronze hardware we had already installed. In addition, Brian was unfailingly punctual showing up each day exactly when he said he would. He kept the worksite tidy and protected our bathroom leaving it better than when he started. It is clear that Brian took great pride in his work and is a true professional. He actually went above and beyond the original remit of the project to make sure it looked perfect. I would recommend him to anyone that is seeking tiling work.

We absolutely love the floors Brian installed for us and have recommended him to numerous individuals. We pulled up our carpet due to our dogs and the terrazzo floors underneath needed a lot of repair. We decided at that point to put down a wood look tile throughout the home. Brian was one of a handful of quotes we obtained. We decided to go with Brian as his quote was reasonable and he was extremely knowledgeable in this space. He guided us to use a better tile which I believe saved us having to repair tiles over the years. We had an addition with a concrete floor and his meticulous attention to detail was not only appreciated as he created a continuous seam from one flooring to the next which is perfect. We receive compliments from many of our guests and most cannot tell our one room is an addition due to the amazing flooring job. We highly recommend this contractor and would use him again on a future project.

Brian did a great job and even fixed the errors of the plumber who installed the shower pan. He does quality work and I wish I had not listened to my association and hired him from the beginning to do the mudding and install the liner instead of the plumber.

Brian was extremely professional and great at communicating prior to starting the work (such as when a total newbie to this sort of thing - meaning me- needed help clarifying the materials I needed to pick out for work to start) as well as during the work phase. He kept us apprised of the status of the work the entire time. And the quality of work is great. We feel very relieved that we were able to find his services through Angie's List and honest reviews. We plan to hire him for work in the future.

A great job by Brian, quick reply for an estimate, arrived on time, knows his stuff & gives thought & ideas on project, easy to work with, left area clean each day, even washed up the floor. He did the little details that prove he is a talented craftsman & takes pride in his work. He called the day after completion as a followup that all was OK. Will use again and refer to friends and family. We supplied the tile & grout, he supplied the rest.

Brian was so fantastic to work with. My husband and I had ripped out our previously installed backsplash after a handyman did a really terrible job cutting and installing the backsplash. Our drywall was left in bad condition with divots and chunks of dried glue everywhere. It was a mess. Brian was so helpful and did a great job both designing and installing the backsplash. He also worked very cleanly. Highly recommend.

It went very well.  We are very pleased with our new bathroom.  He was very prompt every day.  He talked thru all of the details of the redo with us, with lots of great suggestions to help us work thru it together.  He does beautiful work!  He is very meticulous about the details and making sure it looks great.  He made sure that we were happy with it too.  We are very happy with it, will definitely use him again to do other jobs for us.  Would definitely recommend him to others.  I posted lots of pictures on Facebook and 3 friends asked for his number!

Brian arrived on time Monday morning and got right to work.  The carpet was removed from the master closet downstairs, and upstairs the 10 porcelain tiles and backer board were removed and the carpet was cut back.  Both areas were properly prepared for the new floor install.  The new floor is beautiful with a very thin grout line as requested, and Brian mixed two colors of grout to give the best match for the tile to give it the appearance of wood.  He quoted 4 days to finish the job, and on Day 4, the only thing left to do was reattach the carpet where it had been cut back to make room for the new upstairs kitchen floor area.  My original plan was to put regular porcelain tile that would match the rest of the house, but I found pictures of other work that Brian had completed, and I am so glad that we went with Ceramictec to install the new wood-look plank tiles.  Brian does a great job so he is very busy; as a result, it took a bit longer to get on his schedule for the job, but it was well worth it!  I would definitely use Brian at Ceramictec to install tile again!

We had to remove the original oak parquet from our guest bedroom because of water damage.  The baseboards and some of the wood under the plaster walls had also been ripped out so everything would dry.  The adhesive under the flooring was sticky tar.  It was a total mess!

We bought tile similar to the wood floor color in the rest of the house and called Brian for an estimate. We know Brian does quality work because he installed wood plank tile in our kitchen.  He knows how to set tile close together to minimize the grout line.  He also staggers the pattern so it looks more like wood.

Brian explained he would deal with the black tar by encapsulating it with a skim coat.  Fortunately, he was able to work us into his schedule to do the skim coat pretty quick.  Then he returned and in 2 days laid all the tile in the room & closet, grouted, installed new baseboards and the transition threshold.  He needed to replace some of the boards under the plaster walls to attach the baseboards so he also made a trip to the store, purchased the wood and installed it for us.

It was hard to lose the original wood floor but Brian did a great job with the plank tile and we are pleased with the end result.

Brian of Ceramictec is a master craftsman, and a nice guy who is a pleasure to work with.  This was a difficult job involving a complete refinishing of our master bath and vanity including installation of very delicate and very expensive Carerra marble and water jet tile.  We would only entrust this installation to an expert. Brian leveled the floors, fixed imperfections in the walls, and measured, cut and installed the marble expertly.  His attention to detail was extremely impressive.  The finished job is wonderful and a showcase of his talent.  Brian showed up on time every day and worked through to the end of each day and finished the job on time and in budget. His work site was clean, before, during and after each day's work. There was no loud noise, and no disruption of our daily routine.  He asked questions where appropriate an made suggestions that were welcome and approved.  We very much look forward to working with Brian again on our second bathroom project.  We also have recommended him to all of our friends and neighbors.
