I WAITED FOR THE WRITTEN ESTIMATE FOR ONE WEEK. I CALLED THEM AND THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALL.
Description of Work: THEY CAME TO LOOK AT MY CERAMIC TILE PROJECT AND WERE TO MAIL ME A WRITTEN ESTIMATE.

NOTHING THAT WAS DONE IS SQUARE, PLUMB, LEVEL OR EVEN. THE GROUT IN THE TILES IN ONE CORNER ALREADY HAS A CRACK IN IT. THE JOB STARTED ON JAN. 12 AND SHOULD HAVE TAKEN ABOUT 3 WEEKS. IT FINISHED MAR. 1.

THIS HOMEOWNER'S COMPLAINT IS UNFOUNDED. IN THE 24 YEARS WE HAVE BEEN SERVICING THE TAMPA BAY AREA WE HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT FROM A HOMEOWNER. HOWEVER, I MUST ADMIT THAT WE HAD NEVER DONE WORK FOR A SELF-PROCLAIMED "PERFECTIONIST" EITHER. TRYING TO MEASURE UP TO HIS "PERFECT" STANDARDS MADE THE JOB A NIGHTMARE. BY THE WAY, THIS MEMBER'S COMPLAINT IS ONE SIDED. HIS WIFE IS VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB, AND SO ARE WE.

Description of Work: It cost $1850 plus tiles and plumbing fixtures, and worth every penny. Julio tore out entire shower, put in wonderboard, new tiles and new fixtures. He was very experienced, neat and efficient and punctual, finished on schedule! Great!!

Description of Work: Would not recommend. Estimated cost never given. He came to house on 5-26-01 to give estimate. Said he would call the next day and give estimate. Never called us back. Today is 6-15-01. We went with another individual.
