"THIS HOMEOWNER'S COMPLAINT IS UNFOUNDED. IN THE 24 YEARS WE HAVE BEEN SERVICING THE TAMPA BAY AREA WE HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT FROM A HOMEOWNER. HOWEVER, I MUST ADMIT THAT WE HAD NEVER DONE WORK FOR A SELF-PROCLAIMED "PERFECTIONIST" EITHER. TRYING TO MEASURE UP TO HIS "PERFECT" STANDARDS MADE THE JOB A NIGHTMARE. BY THE WAY, THIS MEMBER'S COMPLAINT IS ONE SIDED. HIS WIFE IS VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB, AND SO ARE WE."
