 + -1 moreI met with agent on Sept. 2nd which happened to be Labor Day. He showed me a property which I in turn rented said property. After we took possession of property we realized there was a severe leak in the air handler in the wall. The agent quickly sent someone to fix the issue. It turns out the setup of the drain for the air handler was improperly installed. A air conditioning repair man was sent and the problem was taken care of.
Description of Work: They provided me with a home to rent.
