 + -1 moreDisrupted our lives for many months. We lost the use of 2 rooms of our house for months. Now we have to pay for someone to reseal/recaulk the leaking windows.
Description of Work: Centex built my home in 2000. There was siginificant water intrusion/damage from poor contruction in our entire Harbourside community on Harbour Island apparent 2-3 years after construction. We had significant water damage in multple locations and mold problems. They took months to make repairs. Took multiple attempts to repair warped (from water) French doors in front of house. Took multiple attempts to seal the leaking awning in front of the house. Now one of the walls and window that they repaired in 2006 is leaking again. Centex project manager came out today and said that cauking around window is leaking and that we are responsible for the repair.
