Then the water stared to leak. I had to add water every day. After the owner inspected the fall, he determined the fall and pond had separated. After several attempts he was unable to solve the problem. I called in a different company to correct the problem. It turned out that the fall itself had developed several cracks that had to be filled. This has cost an additional $1600.

The owner is so nice and is always willing to help. He will talk to you and explain the work being done.  He will try to help me over the phone, to save me time and money.  During the last year, he had somebody come out and replaced a part to my chlorine dispenser.  Another time, he came and fixed something for me and did not charge me up front.  He also put in a pool pump for me several years ago.  I would recommend him to other members.

ANDY'S CREW MADE SEVERAL TRIPS OUT TO FOLLOW UP ON THEIR WORK AND GET THE POOL RESTARTED. THEY WERE PERSISTENT IN FINDING, FIXING AND ADDRESSING ANY CONCERNS WE HAD. THERE WERE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR ANY FOLLOW-UP CALLS. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE LEVEL OF QUALITY AND OF THEIR SERVICE. THE REASON I BECAME AN ANGIE'S LIST MEMBER WAS TO FIND THIS TYPE OF CONTRACTOR AND TO ATTAIN THIS TYPE OF SATISFACTION!

VERY UNRELIABLE SERVICE AND DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD ON TIMEFRAMES OR QUOTES. I AGREE THAT THE TIME FRAME WAS A LITTLE SET BACK BECAUSE ONE CORNER OF POOL NEEDED ADDITIONAL BUILD-UP BUT THAT DOESN'T EXPLAIN WHY THEY WOULDN'T SHOW UP FOR DAYS AT A TIME AND I WAS FORCED TO CONTINUE CALLING TO GET THEM TO FINISH THEIR WORK.

"Member was informed of the extra work requiring extra charges as soon as it was detected along with 2 repair options: 1 expensive but quicker; 2 cheaper, slower but same quality. Choosing 2 pushed the job into a scheduling conflict forcing a rotation. This was impossible to see in advance. I would welcome future customers to call 813-275-0023 to get a full explanation in detail of this matter. For the record member has not notified me of any concerns nor the BBB or state. A debate is welcome anytime at BBB. The work was completed as fast as possible never compromising quality thru scheduling, rain delays & low paying arduous extra work that was completely unforeseen by me & other contractors. These technical problems are accepted & expected. What's not is not notifying your contractor 1st when there is a problem."

I THOUGHT MY POOL PUMP WENT BAD. THEY CAME OUT AND DISCONNECTED PUMP AND TURNED IT ON. IT WORKED. THEY RE-CONNECTED THE PUMP AND IT WORKED OK. CHARGED ME A VERY REASONABLE FEE. AND LEFT. ALSO THEY GAVE ME A ESTIMATE TO REPLACE THE PUMP WHEN IT FAILS.
