The gentleman that came was an older gentleman, not that that should matter, but he definitely had the experience, knew what to do and reacted quickly.  We had a burst pipe, so he was very helpful.

Case Plumbing did everything for $140. Amazing. CAUTION: do NOT use the similarly named company "Cash Plumbing" . They wanted $1500 for the same job. Don't bring the wrong people in. Remember: CASE PLUMBING: $140 . Cass Plumbing: $1500. both quoted the same job.

Not great. I explained what the appliance repair company told me and showed the plumber the washer. He insisted the issue was not the drain pipe. The entire 2 hours he worked at my home he complained how complicated and difficult the job was. I had to explain where the appliance tech had told me the problem would be. I even had to supply a screwdriver to take the washer apart and help pull the washer out from the wall. I was told the problem was a pipe back up with the kitchen sink (the washer is in the kitchen). The tech went on the roof to clear the pipes, etc. He seemed confused much of the time. When he left he claimed everything worked. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I turned the washer on to do a load - water flooded everywhere all over again. I called the answering service to get the tech back. He came back and tried clearing the lines again, this time with a larger cable. He said he was nervous to use the larger snake in case it got stuck. The second time worked, but it was frustrating to have to spend so much time when it could have been done right the first time.

All members of Case Plumbing with whom I interacted seemed to genuinely want to help me.  I spoke with Dennis by phone more than once and he was open with suggestions.  He didn't seem to mind at all that he was helping me resolve some items on my own.  So when it came time to call in a professional they were top of my list.  Dennis was very clear on how they charge and that transparency was important to me.  I had one item I definitely wanted done (replace the garbage disposal) and 3 others only if the first one went smoothly in order to contain the hourly rate cost.  Victor and Kenny called first and arrived punctually.  Both were very friendly but ready to get right to work.  I could tell that there had been good communication with the office because they knew exactly what I was trying to accomplish.  They both got started on the disposal but when it got to a point where it became a one-person job that Victor took the lead on, Kenny inquired about the other projects and took care of them.  He and Victor ended almost simultaneously.  I feel like they were both careful but smart about how they worked and very efficient.  I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any plumbing needs.

Great job. Arrived on time and removed existing faucet and installed new faucet in bathroom sink (in a confined place). Job was completed in a short period of time and looks great. Very punctual aftyer we called and appointment made. Very satisfied with job and will definetly use again, should the need arise.

My toilet was overflowing and I called them about a month ago. I called them, as it was an emergency, and I shutoff the water. They came, it was this Monday, and went around and did absolutely nothing, except that I had already taken care of it pretty much, because I had plunged the toilet and everything. Then they came back the next day after charging me emergency hours, etc., for 4 hours. When they came back the next day he said he was going to pull up all the toilets of all three bathrooms, and put a camera down them and check them. So, I cleaned out all three bathrooms, I got the shower curtains out of the way and the bath mat, etc. He came and he did not even think about doing that, went up on the roof and said that he was going to put a camera down the thing up on the roof, which he already found the day before that the camera did not go down. So then he did the same thing again. Then there was a leak in the bathtub that I had discovered and he put a big chrome of that behind my wall, of which you never put a chrome behind walls, because it is kind of extremely expensive, you only put chrome when it is going to be exposed to the product. The guy was extremely rude. Apparently there were some debris in the waste lines and he dumped it in the middle of the front steps and left it there. I had no idea it was there, and so it was there for about two weeks before I even discovered it. Everything single thing that I said to him he just completely ignored me and dismissed everything I said. The second day when he came he was 5 hours late and I was supposed to be understanding because he was on Bayshore, so I was supposed to completely understand because he was doing a big house on Bayshore and the woman spent $7000 on all of her chrome exposed plumbing, which is I know is where he got the chrome piece that he put in my wall because he could not return it. He recommended to have the toilets pulled next time, that is what he writes on the bill and I was like "you got to be kidding me," because that is what he was supposed to do. This guy was just such a pompous, arrogant, and I could not even believe it. He treated me like I was just some dump woman, housewife that had like no clue about anything, which is extremely wrong. When he showed up for the emergency call the day before all he did was complain to me that I was interrupting his dear time and they were up on the roof and they put cigarette butts out on my roof. I went up on the roof after they left, there were like six cigarette butts stumped out up there.

Super job by Byron from Case Plumbing! He stopped by after hours to check my water heater and verify the problem I was having. My hot water stopped running and while I haggled with the manufacturer over the warranty covering the replacement, he was extremely helpful, professional, and prompt. When I got the new one, he expertly un-installed the old one and put the new one in. He was careful with the dealing with the electricity, water shut-off, and gave me expert advice and answered all my questions. I only had to pay the total labor cost, which was very reasonable for South a Tampa prices, while Rheem credited me after I took the old one to Home Depot. Case Plumbing was very accommodating to help me out and get my hot water working again! I would recommend them to anyone!
