It went very well! Bryan, the company owner and head contractor, did the work while we were away on vacation so as to have less disruption for our household. Checked several references, and knew him to be trustworthy ahead of time. He did the work in less time this way as well. He consistently sent us pictures of his work, and kept us updated on how things were going while we were away. We came home to a beautiful new bathroom! He also added a new bath fan in our master bathroom, as well, and while in there fixed our drain for the bathtub for free because he saw it was broken! He also helped fix a light in our garage, when he saw that he could fix it easily, something I didn't know how to do and was about to buy a new one. Finally, his work crew used our stepladder while working, and it got dirty. Instead of just apologizing, he went and bought us a brand new one, and it was nicer than the one his workman had used! He was consistent, fair, and up-front. He priced the job, and worked with us on ways to tweak the price for our budget instead of talking us into something we couldn't afford. It was so nice to work with someone who was helpful, cared about making the bathroom look great, and wanted us to be happy with the final product. I've recommended him to friends, who are now also looking into using him for their remodeling jobs. Thanks Bryan for a great experience!
