Technicians did not perform the work properly and we failed inspection -- doors and windows weren't attached properly and the doors didn't lock! Huge gaps around windows and doors caused me to leak A/C for over a month. Company no showed appointments, sent the wrong technicians, came at the wrong time. They do not return phone calls. My install started on July 6. Today is August 24 and they're still not done -- just called today to reschedule my appointment because tomorrow is "too full." I've asked for the owner to call me several times and he refuses. Use anyone else!

Everything went perfect! From sales to office staff to installers and final finish this is one well oiled machine. Even the stucco guys were fantastic.Company is very well organized and keep you informed every step of the way. I would not hesitate to hire them again and this was the second time I hired them for a job.

First, these guys are the best. First of all, they were THOUSDANDS OF DOLLARS LESS (23 thousand less in one instance) than every other estimate for the SAME windows. They don't try to up sell you on some BS "warranty" which you will most likely never need. They did an excellent job for the BEST price. We could not be happier... We had all PGT impact windows done and they look amazing. The showed did all of our windows in one day, passed inspection a few days later without a problem. Get estimates! (we got 6) and these guys were far by the best estimate.

Went well except for an installation glitch causing the job not to pass inspection. That would be the only reason not to give an A. They were quick to respond and straightened the problem out. Would use again and recommend.

I am very pleased with the work performed from sales to follow-up. I even received a complement from the City Inspector stating they did a good job installing the windows.

Everything about this company has been above and beyond. Every step of the process from sales to install to final inspection has gone smooth. The customer service this company provides is excellent and they care more about my satisfaction then they do about cashing my check. The only thing I can say after several windows and pocket sliders installed is if I were to have another home, I would be using them again and again. We obtained quotes from three contractors who had good ratings on Angie's List. Price was our primary criteria, with quality a close second. Carrollwood Window and Door won out, and we are very pleased with the finished job! The PGT windows and sliders look good and work well, and the same is true with the BHI exterior door. We were more interested in performance than energy savings, and the windows and sliders have made a noticeable improvement in the amount of heat and noise which come into the house. Carrollwood's workmanship was great! In fact, every interaction we had with them went very well. Shawn provided the initial visit and quote. He was very pleasant and down-to-earth, and the meeting was relaxed and comfortable. The installation crew - Dan, Bruce Jessie & Eric - arrived promptly on installation day. They completed the installation quicker than we had expected, and did a great job! The job also required stucco bands around the patio sliders, and Francisco did the job a day earlier than planned, which was great. He, too, did a great job! When it came time for the County inspection, the inspector was very pleased with the quality of the work. The Service team - Eddie, Matt, Dylan, Kevin & Jonas - did a great job on the initial "punch-out" inspection, and on subsequent visits to resolve some minor issues. A couple of the window sashes and slider panels had some manufacturing flaws between the panes, but once we noticed them Carrollwood got replacements from the factory and installed them in a very reasonable amount of time. No problem. Even Heather and others at the Carrollwood office were pleasant and professional on the phone. This is the first time my wife and I have undertaken a major project like this, and we were very pleased. We highly recommend Carrollwood Window & Door, and would definitely use them again!

These people were great. We had some special problems with the windows. Other companies promised the world, and then we never heard from some of them again. Shawn was careful to explain what they could and could not do for us. He was very helpful in making sure the installers understood our issues. The installers did a great job. The county inspector commented multiple times about how well the windows were installed. Their price was competitive.

very happy with results......if ever we had any problems or questions, they were addressed quickly and professionally. the county inspector even stated that it was a really good job and some of the best stucco repair work he has seen. if we had one complaint it would be the clean up once the job was completed......we cleaned up a lot of broken pieces of glass left behind and are still finding the tips off of the caulking tubes dispursed around our patio and lawn.......otherwise, i would highly recommend carrollwood windows & doors......they offered the best price, were professional and install the exact same windows as almost all other companies.....why pay more for the same product? we would use this company again for any future needs.

Carrollwood Windows and Doors did an all-round fantastic job. The salesman Shawn Thierren who came to the house was friendly, very low-key, was not at all pushy, asked us what we wanted, gave us options; and answered our many questions regarding brand-names and types of glass options. We opted for mid-range products which serves our needs perfectly.
The day of installation, the team of guys arrived at our home around 8:45 am and were finished by 4 pm. These men were professionals who did their jobs quietly and neatly.  They moved a few pieces of furniture and took down a blinds header I was unable to remove.  Oh, and the treadmill that was in front of one of the sliding doors...they lifted up the bottom of it to fold it up and rolled it out of their way, then put it back the way it was before they left! Like I said, they were terrific! They cleaned up as they went and left absolutely no debris laying around. [I'm sorry I don't remember their names] Quality workers and quality workmanship!
Based on my experience with this company, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for replacement doors and/or windows. I had checked out their Angie's List reviews prior to hiring them...thank you Angie's List!!

I can't describe how wonderful it was working with this company.  From my initial contact with the salesman to the final installation of some trim work, everything progressed  very smoothly and in a timely manner.  The work involved the build- up of surrounding stucco over wood frames around the two 3 panel doors as they were thicker than the old ones and the existing frame would not accommodate them.  Also about 6 inches of stucco had to be knocked out from around each of the windows in order to remove the old and install the new.
The windows were well measured and fit very well in spite of some flaws in the original workmanship and measurements of  the wall openings surrounding the old windows.  Those flaws had always been noticeable to me, but the new windows corrected them perfectly.
 The carpentry work was expertly done as well as the stucco repair.  I have had numerous large stucco repair jobs on my house over the years and this man, Francisco, was the best I have ever worked with.  He was able to match the style of the original stucco as perfectly as possible.
Overall I could not be happier with the results.  The windows and doors are absolutely beautiful and obviously very well constructed.
My hat's off to every person involved in the project.  I have never had any work done on my home in the 20 + years I have owned it that has come anywhere near the quality and professionalism of Carrollwood Window and Door.

They were professional from beginning to end. The windows look awesome.

They showed up as scheduled and did installation.   There were some scratches left on the window frames and 2 of the windows were not staying up properly when opened, also initial calking done around windows was not sufficient.   Had to call for service to fix windows so that stayed up and were calked correctly.  We are now satisfied with the windows and installation.
