 + -1 moreSimplicity is a lesser known vacuum manufacturer that is here in the US. The product is well made and continues to provide impressive performance through the years unlike most vacuums that need to be replaced every couple of years. Ron Levesque at Carrollwood Vacuums Unlimited has a tremendous amount of product knowledge that he shares and he assisted my wife and I in making the right choice. We decided to trade our 13 year old Simplicity in on a new model and we were pretty much already sold on another Simplicity but I was glad we stopped at Carrollwood Vacuums.
