Carrollwood Pools

The people performing the maintenance on my pool are the same people that built it. Even though they built the pool for the previous owners, they still care for it as it was their own personal pool. Clearly they take pride in their work and have a wealth of knowledge on the subject. I had the pool for 6 months and this pool takes almost no work at all. This pool stays extremely clean and I have only had to put in 3 bags of salt to keep it at the right level. The salt water pool they built is so much better than traditional pools I have used in the beginning.

The pool is clean. They come and go in the day. They are helpful in telling you what you need to help with the pool needs. We will continue to use them to clean our pool.

We cannot say enough about this company! The owner and his son were on the job everyday. Things happened when they were supposed to happen, no unnecessary delays. Professional all the way! We were only at he house during the first 2 and a half weeks of construction and had no problem leaving for fear of the job not being completed. We returned 5 weeks later to a beautiful, completely finished pool that was exactly to our specifications. Manny and his son, Matt were a pleasure to work with. We invite anyone interested in putting in a pool to come see ours or call us personally.

They listened well and were very interactive and helpful in the design process. They gave us considerable flexibility in the choice of tiles and pavers and were helpful in finding places to choose the materials from. They focused on the essentials of the pool and did not try and push bells and whistles. They were prompt, efficient and effective in their work and provided close supervision for the entire process. They provided contacts and facilitation with all of the sub-contractors (e.g. pool cage, solar heating). The final product exceeded our expectations and has been trouble free since completion. They responded to any questions regarding the equipment and were prompt in taking care of some minor "tune ups".

It is rare to find builders who have this level of expertise. If you want 100% reliability, professionalism and high performance design, then Carrollwood Pools is the way to go. From the start of the project to the day we jumped in the pool, we had a positive experience. Matt Garcia is a perfectionist. He often worked at night and weekends to make the tile line up perfectly. He also cares very much about quality and has made the crew do tasks up to his standards of quality. Matt is also a pleasure to work with. He s the king of hands-on management who is on-site keeping a watchful eye.
