Very well, great response and follow through

I went to the store on a recommendation new to the area. I was purchasing an arrangement for a family member's funeral so I was not the happiest of persons. They were extremely helpful very kind and caring. the morning of the funeral the arrangement did not show up until an hour into the service which was rather upsetting but the flowers were beautiful and they arrived with the specific card that I had chosen overall I'm happy with their services and would recommend them beautiful fresh flowers

I had been having them do anniversary arrangements for my wife for 3 years. I spent 100 plus tax and del each year. On our 10th I asked them if I went to 150 if they could do anything special. They assured me they would. My wife was pleased but I saw them on her desk the next day and they were not any different than years past. Very disappointing. I wish I had called to complain. I was afraid I would blow my stack. My blood pressure does not like that. Plus I do not like being rude and if I had gotten any attitude I may have lost my cool a bit and that is not good for anyone. A year later now and next anniversary coming up and be assured I am not going back to Carrollwood Florist.

This was my first experience with Carrollwood Florist and I couldnt be more pleased! The customer service was fantastic! I had flowers delivered to a dear friend for her birthday and they went out of their way to describe the bouquet and the delivery process. I even received notification when she received the bouquet. My friend immediately called me and sent me a picture. They were beautiful and she said they smelled amazing! I have found my forever florist! Top Notch!

I've used this company for approximately 20 years. They only use fresh flowers and plants, and when they take an order that is to be filled elsewhere, they insist on the same. They are always very pleasant and eager to accommodate. Once I called them as a last minute thing and they made my arrangement and delivered it locally in the same day. Recently we had a death in the family, so I phoned them to order flowers to be delivered out of state to the funeral. Although I wasn't present for the funeral, other family members told me that the arrangement was beautiful. This florist never disappoints me.
