Very professional and friendly; would definitely use again; great price for entire house!

To be honest I couldn't have asked for better service. My appointment was for later in the day but they quickly called me and texted when they had a cancellation and said they could do the job earlier.
I was updated when they headed to my house and they showed up right on time. Darrin was great, he explained all my options for cleaning and took me step by step through what they would do. Darrin was very detail oriented which was a huge plus but everything they did was awesome and they took the time to go above and beyond just carpet cleaning. I had a bunch of blind mosquitoes at the entry way of they house and they vacuumed them all up so they would come in the house while they cleaned.
Very friendly and took the time to answer any questions I had.

Darin did a great job. He was courteous, professional and knew how to clean carpets. I am a veteran and Darin gave me a discount., which he brought up. I was preparing to sell our house and Darin was very accommodating with flitting me in when I wanted the work done.

Darrin completed the work with no problems. He was cheery and offered tips on how to take care of the carpet and remove stains. Darrin gave me a discount because there was no furniture in the rooms. On top of that, Darrin gave me a 21% discount (as advertised) due to my military service (retired). Great guy and quality work.

First, he was on time.  That alone scores big points.  Second, he walked the job, and then told me in advance how much it would be, which was exactly was I quoted, so more points.  It was pouring rain, so he suggested we run the hoses through the attached garage rather than the front door, as it would be neater and reduce the potential for rain to come in through the front door.  
As I stated before, when I pointed out the few stains we had on the carpet, and he identified what was needed, and then went to work.  He was quick, thorough and careful.  He made sure to tend his hoses on corners so they would not damage the paint on the baseboards, and never once slammed the vacuum head into the wall or baseboards.  It's those little details that mean a lot to me.  Finally, he is a former Marine, and as a former Marine, I know the level of trust and mutual respect we had for each other, and I was not let down.  
Overall, I am very happy with what he did, and I felt that the value received was excellent. I'll use him again and I will recommend him to anybody who asks me about carpet cleaning services.

Darrin did an excellent job.  He responded immediately to my request for information and answered all my questions quickly and completely.  It was easy to schedule an appointment that fit my needs.  Darrin showed up on time, did a walk through, gave me an estimate, and performed the cleaning the same day.  He worked quickly (but did a thorough job) and the carpets looked great.  Excellent job!

He came out that day of the purchase. He did a wonderful job. He did the job in two days and was very detailed. His price was better than all the other quotes I received. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and overall just a great guy.

It was a very good experience. He tried out some new equipment and he was really happy about it. I also think that it did a good job. He was punctual too.

Went fine. Representative had a problem with equipment and had to reschedule appointment. Called to notify me of change and was able to come out same week.

After speaking with Darrin on the phone to schedule the job I was pleased that he came out to perform the work himself instead of sending an employee. He was very careful with our belongings and took his time cleaning our carpet. He gave us a quote up front and that's how much it cost at the end. I have young children and pets and finding someone who doesn't use harsh chemicals was important to me.
I was so pleased with how our carpets came out I am going to have him clean our tile floors as well.

Darrin got there at 8:00am sharp, per our appointment. He went about his work methodically and professionally. I was dealing with a roofer for some of the time and I had already moved the key pieces of furniture I wanted moved.
Darrin did something I had never seen done by a carpet cleaner in the 22.5 years I have lived in my house. After he sprayed on the cleaner/disinfectant or whatever, he brushed it in with a brush or rake of sorts. Most guys just "spray and go over it" with the machine. As Darrin pointed out, "You don't just put soap on your car and then wash it off, you rub it around to work the dirt off, or in this case to lift the dirt up." He then did something else I have not witnessed. His tempo pushing the wand out and releasing the water and then pulling the wand back sucking up the water and dirt was about twice as slow as most all other guys who have done work for me.
Even the roofer commented after Darrin had left, "Sure looks like the guy did a good a job." I said he did and that the carpets were only "damp" and not wet like they usually were in the past. His care to take his time to do the job right made me feel like I really got my money's worth for the first time with carpet cleaning. In the past, its usually been...."a hundred and fifty bucks and their gone in an hour". Not Darrin!

We had an outstanding experience!  I called one day to inquire and the next day he was at our house to give us a cost estimate and he started and completed the job the very same day! We were so impressed because he was able to remove stains in our carpets and grout that no other service had been able to in the past! It was evident he really cares about his customers and his work!  He also did an amazing job on pressure washing our entry way, side walk and driveway! It's the cleanest it's ever been! We couldn't have asked for more!

We have used him twice now and it was great.  Very reliable and prompt and did a wonderful job.  Will be using him again,

He was wonderful! He worked alone. He was very pleasant, friendly, and professional. He placed lent protectors under every piece of furniture that had to be lifted. He went over the higher trafficed areas twice, and I was very satisfied with his work! I also thought his price for was very fair.

Darrin first came to our house and measured and gave us an estimate.
When he came back for the job, he arrived on time.  He was very professional, easy to talk to, and went about his work.  When he was done he pointed out a few things (loose tile - offered to fix it), showed us the difference in the cleaned vs. not cleaned, and made sure we were happy with the job. The price was the same as the estimate.
