Steve and his team were very timely and professional. Steve had great ideas to maximize our space. We couldn't be happier with the results!

Steve Callahan and his hard working guys fixed our exterior two story home repairs after two others turned down the job. Steve came out the day after I called and left a quote. The very high up chimney had rotten T-111 on one side, caused from a poor design where the roof met the chimney. Not only did they replace the T-111 they installed a "cricket" (I think that's what he called it) so that rain will be diverted away from the house. Hopefully we will never experience this problem again. Much of the T-111 bottoms around the second story were also in need of repair. Steve said he could buy us some time from having to replace all the wood by trimming off the bottoms and replacing with cement board, and painting. It looks very nice! We provided existing paint and they painted the work completed. We were very pleased with Callahan Construction from start to finish.

Steve, the owner came out and gave an estimate for the removal of our jacuzzi and wood deck rebuild. After that wegot estimates from a couple of other companies and Steve's was by far the most reasonable. We were able to schedulethe appointment right away and even with rain delays, it was completed within the 2.5 days as promised. He worked withus for some minor changes in our designs and was very accommodating. His guys were on time each day and they evencleaned up after themselves. This company had been recommended to us by our neighbor and our other neighbor nowwants him to do some work at her house. Overall great and positive experience!!!

Called 10/9/06 and left a message. Steve Callahan called me back 10/10/06 and came out the same day inspected the work to be done and said he would get an estimate to me. I called 10/16/06, after not hearing anything from the contractor. He assured me he would work it up and fax it to me by mid afternoon. I gave him a fax number. I did not receive the fax so I called back 10/17 10/18 and 10/19 and left messages regarding not receiving the bid asking for a return call. I have still not received a return call or a bid.
