Scott & Tyler are proactive, educational, reliable and always do what they say they're going to do. They are also excellent at managing expectations about the loan or refinancing process. You always know what comes next with realistic (quick) timelines, and final figures typically come in even better than projected. It goes well every time!

In searching for a mortgage lender for our recently purchased house, a friend recommended Tom Gerberding at IberiaBank Mortgage.  The entire process was extremely easy and, for a mortgage closing, painless.  Tom came to our current home for us to sign all the papers, and walked us through fees and expected closing costs.  Once we applied, we worked with Sandi Burgess the loan processor who took care of all the paperwork and made sure all I's were dotted and T's crossed prior to sending our application package to their underwriters.  The loan came out of underwriting in a day, and we were ready to go in time for closing with much time to spare.  I was able to lock in a very low rate with minimal fees.
Our realtor had never heard of IberiaBank (neither had I actually), but said she would recommend to future clients based on our experience.  If we buy another home, or refinance, I will look to Tom and IberiaBank first.
