We used Pest Bear for years and eventually had frequent problems with them (left gate open 2x allowing dog to get out later, not coming within time window specified, poor communication between office personnel and technicians). We switched to Bugs or Us after a friend recommended them. They call to set up a treat date & time and stick to it. The technician is always aware of anything that I may have spoken about with the office. Have been using them for my quarterly service for 2 years now and am very happy with their work and level of professionalism. The gate hasn't been left open once in that time period.

Contacted Bugs Or Us on Tuesday, had an appointment for Wednesday. Provider arrived promptly at the scheduled time. The service provided was very thorough and addressed all of our concerns. The company even covered some areas that we didn't even consider. The product they used was not offensive and did not create a lingering scent, yet the bugs from outside that were trying to gain access to the home were unsuccessful and found dead at the doorstep today so it must be effective. Overall great experience, professional service with a fair price.

They almost come immediately, on the very occasion when we have an issue. They come and take care of it within a day or two of us calling. I think their price is good. I have not checked the price with anybody else lately. Their quality is definitely good. I would use them again in the future.

They've been doing my bug work since I've been in this house, which has been ten years. The experience has been excellent and I've never had a problem. The price is excellent. They always call before they come to let you know that they are coming.

The representative from the company is always nice. They will call the day of to make sure we are home. When they arrive, they will knock on the door to notify us that they have arrived. My husband and I are pleased with the results and will continue to use them in the future.
