Brett did a great job. My site is extremely complicated and big ... a long with containing a store, multiple links, lots of sub-pages,downloads and videos. Brett listened to what I wanted it to accomplish and also had some excellent recommendations on things to incorporate. He made certain that the site was device responsive and worked with all devices. He tweaked any problems we encounter quickly and was easy to work with. He is fair, smart and fast ... but what says it all is I will be using him for all my website needs. If anything we were the problem, It took us a long time to get Brett what he needed but when we did he implemented the items quickly and had a proof for us to approve. He is extremely thorough and quick. His design work is beautiful and a vast improvement over our old site. Great experience.

When having someone host your website, it is of utmost importance that they are reliable and responsive. Brett is both. Websites involve constant changes and updating, at least mine does. Brett responds to my emails immediately and services whatever my business website needs are STAT! There is nobody better out there to oversee your website, trust me; I have been with a few, so I can speak from experience. After I purchased the new URL, I contacted Brett to let him know about the needed URL addition, and like I said, he responded immediately (as usual) and it is finished in "two seconds!" Thanks Brett.

I have to say, I don't often give feedback on services but, I feel compelled to share my recent experiences.  I contacted Brett at Bright Pixel Studio about creating a website for our company.  He was quick to get me a quote on exactly what I was looking for and I was very happy with the price.  After signing a contract and getting into the development of the site, I saw how quick Brett was at adding what we were looking for and designing the site to what we envisioned.  He was beyond patient with us as we did not know what we were doing.  We gave him some images, some text and that was it.  They have provided us a fully functional site exactly how we envisioned it, very professionally, promptly, and at the price he quoted us.  I have to say, I would suggest their services to anyone looking to create a website.  Very happy that we chose them.

After contacting several website companies, my contact with Brett Mitchell of Bright Pixel, made me realize that they were the ones to take over our needs of a web master, as our current person was retiring. We discussed our needs and who our company is over the telephone to begin the process. The only thing missing for me was a face-to-face meeting with Brett, as I believe that helps to fully connect to be sure the website is going to depict the company. It took a few times to get on the same page with a few areas for the site; but overall the creativity and the flow of the site was absolutely wonderful. They continually send you updates of what they are doing and set up a draft site that you an actually see how it looks and make changes as it's being work on. The SEO services are superb; and along with that we are receiving social media services in the form of an email newsletter that goes out monthly. The newsletter format was set up quickly and looked so professional, while still being friendly.
We love the pictures, set up of the pages; everything and are so happy that we chose Bright Pixel to re-design, host, and maintain our site.

I emailed Brett to see how I could have new URL's directed to my existing website. He responded within 5 minutes and explained how he could help me. I went ahead and purchased the URL's so that he could get started on the process of redirecting them. Brett is always right there for his customers and his response time is within minutes which makes working with him a wonderful experience.

Brett Mitchell did a great job!  He met with me to get information about the scope of the project, then sent a proposal that was accurate to what we had discussed.  Although his original site mock-ups didn't fit what I had in mind, he was very responsive to changes that I wanted to make and gave me a lot of input to the "look" of the site.  This was important to me.  He also provided useful information about industry standards and ideas that would improve the professionalism of the design/site.  I have also found him very responsive about follow-ups and fixing minor bugs or making changes to site content.  I always got email replies promptly.  I appreciated that he was also willing to talk by phone a few times to clarify certain aspects of the project.
He has taken a lot of time - both in producing the site and in working with me on details - and in all of those contacts I found him to be helpful and genuinely interested in customer satisfaction as well as creating a good finished product. He's a nice guy and pleasant to work with. The only thing that didn't completely meet my expectations was the total time to completion.  I had originally expected about six weeks and the finished product took closer to four months.  This was not a big deal to me as I added several things over the course of the site development and I didn't push too h****** deadlines; I imagine these factors were part of the cause; also, he went full-time in his own business during the time that he was working on my site, so competing demands probably contributed.  I would hire him again and if time constraints were an issue, I would feel comfortable talking to him about the schedule - I feel that he would be honest about what he could do and would try to work with me.  I plan to continue working with him in terms of periodic content updates to the site.

Brett given me everything that I needed, and he would also give me professional advice to save me time and money.  Whenever he encountered a problem we worked together to find a solution to the problem.  He also kept in touch with me every time he had completed something, and if he had any questions he would ask me so we could get could get the right answers for the right questions.  I found him to be very professional in his work and customer service.  I will tell everyone how well he had worked for me.

Brett was very professional and I couldn't have asked for better service.Brett took his time to get to know me as a client and identify what my business or organization was about. He took down notes and was attentive to detail. He even went as far as to have a questionnaire to capture anything that I may not have thought to tell him about what I wanted on the website.
What you get with service from BrightPixel Studio is amazing. You receive a log in account where you get emails that notify you of the progress done on your website which is great! You get to view the website during its production stage before it hits the Internet for the public.
Brett was also very quick to respond to any updates or changes that needed to take place. I must say that I was very impressed with his service and will definitely look to him to construct another website for me in the future.

A month ago, I found myself finally understanding the importance of having a website. A friend of mine recommended that I reach out to Bright Pixel Studio. At first I was concerned that I would be contacted by a pushy sales man. Instead I was contacted by the founder who was eager to learn everything about my business. No tacky sales tactics. He simply answered all of my questions, no strings attached. I checked out the competition and found that their price for a custom site was considerably more. We are in the middle of pushing the site live and I could not be any happier. They are very responsive and are willing to work with me on the payment schedule. Amazing referral!
