DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Extremely poor job , the most basic principles that you would expect from over 3k paid for the pavers were not met. With no exaggeration I called more than 40 times , I got the run around , I am still waiting for them to answer me back and be responsible with their guarantee . Do not waste your money with this people .

The initial appointment for an estimate along with the estimate went very quickly and smoothly; however, once I made payment of half of the costs of the project no timeline was ever met. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Was hired in July , the job was promised to start in two weeks. The job was finished 4 months later after a lot of stalling and lots of no shows or return calls. Was lied to repeatedly then had issues with the tile work and workers , also hired Andre to build a pool cage and has had lots of leaks. Also had an outdoor kitchen put in and had problems with cracks.I would highly suggest NOT HIRING them ! Sadly I found out after I hired them , they have an F RATING on BBB .

I found Brick Paver Showroom to be a great company to do business with in Tampa. They were easy to schedule an initial appointment with and completed the job in a timely manner . The job was not correct at first, which was a communication error between the salesman and the workers. The downspout was supposed to run under the pavers in the originally instillation, but was missed plus the original paver arrangement and placement was not what was agreed to.
