Brandon Honda

Watch out at the parts counter at this dealership. I have been buying OEM Honda parts from dealership parts counters for 20 years and I have never seen a dealership mark their parts up 2 or even 3 times higher than Honda LIST price. Nobody expects dealers to compete with online prices on parts, but to modify prices above the list price determined by Honda themselves is ridiculous. I complained and they changed the prices back to Honda list price. Do a simple online lookup to see if you're getting ripped off on parts at the counter or in your service invoice at this dealership.

The salesman was great to work with.

I was a little sticker shocked by the price. I was pleased with the work they did. They give me a print out and discuss with me about what they did. They also give you a discussion before they start the work. Their service has gotten better than way back when. It's been 12 years. You don't have to wait as long to get it repaired. I usually sit and wait because it's 20 minutes to a half an hour from my house. I feel like they are getting faster at that. I sit and wait, but a lot of people do.

They are local. This is the 2nd car that I bought from them. We get feedback by a printout.

I’m not sure of what they do really well, this was my first time using them. My first impression of them was pretty good. The workers were professional.

I purchased a used CR-V in near perfect condition. I paid for the car, did the paperwork, but it was late and I was on my motorcycle so they suggested I come back the next day to pick it up. I showed up early and my salesman [Bill Kirk] looked surprised and told me they were finishing up the detailing. When it was finally ready I found the vehicle was backed into a parking space; one employee was shaking my hand, another was shoving a bag of cookies in the other, and someone else was opening my door for me. When I got to the autoparts store to pick up a few things I noticed a fresh, not there last night, no rust in it dent. I called Brandon Honda to talk to Bill but he wasn't available. I texted him pics of the damage and asked him to call me back. For weeks I couldn't get a response. When I finally got angry I was contacted by Christine Conley and sent photos showing the damage and was told it was there when I purchased the car. I explained that I had printed the brochure photos showing no damage and she went silent again. I finally got hold of Grant Hocking and was told I had to bring it in to Brandon Honda to have it repaired (even though they have no autobody repair shop). They will not let me get it repaired at a shop of my choice and have refused to give me the name and policy number of their liability carrier. "Captain Kirk" used our both being vets to help make the deal. Shame on you. I should have been told about the damage and you should have gone out of your way to make this right, instead Brandon Honda went out of their way to make this wrong.

They give me free oil change for my new vehicle, they just have a long wait time.

They did a good job, but it was a bit pricey.

The service provider for auto mobile would be Honda of Brandon. The service came with the car, it is a leased thing. It was excellent service. He even washes your car for you when you are there. They call us up after they have it done and make sure that we are happy and I tell the head of service, I say Joe every time I go there, the people are polite. You are in and out within a very short period of time. It usually is the next day or something like that. We have a Corsa and it is the second time that we are leasing it. It is a hatch back. It is quite large. It is good in a veteran kind. I would say overall it was very, very good. The price is a fair price. When I have called them at different times and they always call me back. I would give an 'A' plus for professionalism if I could.

It went very well. I was pleased with it. They were upfront with the cost. They went all over the car and used special equipment to see if there were any hidden needs of my car. They called me before proceeding with anything.

They are good. They always top off my fluids while some other places don’t. The car wash comes with the oil change. They inspect everything. They are very thorough.

They are very customer focuses and are prompt. They do an excellent job.

It was surprising, but the light would go on during long trips.... But wouldn't stay on a day or two after that when we brought it to the shop. After getting to the shop with the light on... The promptly replaced the item. They have done all maintenance on the vehicle with no issues.

Saturday afternoon found us driving across town on the interstate. During a brake check through malfunction junction, noticed the brakes on the Pilot were not operating properly. Later on the way home, the same symptoms occured again. Late on a Saturday night, brake problem and mom has to have the vehicle Monday morning. Who do you call? My last thought was the dealer; espescially after trying sevaral shops around Brandon; and failing. Brandon Honda was not only open before noon, but had a full working service department and staff. Walk in on a Sunday, I was more than happy to wait if they could fix our problem. Courteous, polite and efficient are all understatements of the service staff that early afternoon. Unfortunatley they were unable to get parts to fix the problem, they did however provide a loaner until the repair could be made. Also they contacted the insurance company that held the extended warranty, not through Honda, that saved us over $1000.00 of repair costs. Two days later we were satisfied completely to get the Pilot back repaired to the spec's it was built too. We have been nothing but satisfied from the purchase of our pre owned vehicle through the repair of that same at Brandon Honda.

Needed an oil change for my Honda. Found a cheap oil change coupon for basic oil change, using basic oil. Well, not only did they honor that coupon, but gave me an upgrade to semi- synthetic oil (cause that Is what my Honda really required) for NO extra cost. Usually, that would be an additional $10-$15 . Nice way to ensure me coming back! Very courteous, fast and professional. They topped off my fluids, as well! Nice job!

I have been consistently pleased with the service I've received from Brandon Honda. They have accommodated my scheduling needs. Their facility is clean and comfortable. The service is professional and friendly. And the costs have been very reasonable. I know there is an assumption that the dealer is not the best deal in auto service, but I've not found that to be the case with Brandon Honda.

It went well. They called as soon as the mats arrived and took me in right away and filled up my tank. Brandon Honda has good sales people and a pleasant show room, and presumably because of their volume of sales, offered the best price for my trade compared to four other dealerships. Also, the state never sent my new car registration following the sale, and their finance department went out of their way to research it with the state dept of motor vehicles and email it to me.

They were very nice. I did feel a little pressure for the extended warranty.

I like their location, it is convenient for me and this makes me take the car to them versus other providers.

Every service that Honda recommended I complete was much more expensive than the quote I received from the other car garage the very next day.

They are a super group. They value me as a customer. My car has a warranty.

They did a good job and they always do.

Overall, I would give them an A. They are good.
