"We do not have you in our schedule for August or July or June... I have reviewed all of our databases and invoices... are you sure you have rated the correct Company? We do not do any RESIDENTIAL SERVICES in August due to a large commercial contract at USF. We have not scheduled any Residential accounts since July 24...and do not resume until August 23. We also do not have you in our data base under that name. Please check your receipt from the Company that performed the service. I would like to check with our technician and provide him with remedial training and spotting on upholstery to prevent this from happening again ... but would need to know which one to address this issue with. We do take pride in our quality of service (Angie's List Ratings) and I take sub-par review very seriously. Please take the time to double check the Company name that provided you with the Service.
