THE WORK QUALITY WAS FAIR, BUT REQUIRED A LOT OF BACK-AND-FORTH DUE TO POOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE OWNER AND THE PEOPLE DOING THE WORK. PART OF THE PARKING PAD WAS GRADED INAPPROPRIATELY, SO THAT WATER RUNS FROM THE STREET, ACROSS THE PAD, AND INTO MY FRONT YARD. I SPOKE TO THE OWNER AND HE PROMISED TO COME BACK TO FIX THE PROBLEM. HE DIDN'T. NOW HE WON'T RETURN CALLS.

They were wonderful to work with. The crew seemed to really care about the finished look, and the yard looks great. The foreman, Glenn, was very knowledgeable, and the irrigation person, Kenny, did a lot of work to make sure our system was working properly.
